Before you can buy Pokeseals you must have a Seal Pack, you can get that Item in a house just west from the Unown Ruins. And after that you can go to a Pokemon Market (a Shop) And Buy a Pair of Seals. Pokeseals are very Cheap they from 50 to 150 pokedollars. And you can have so many as you will, cause they are very cheap.
If you have purchase the Pokeseals you must go to a Pokemon Center. Go to your PC and select the Second option of the menu. Then you Select the second option as Twice. You have now choise about 12 Pokeseals. Tap with your Nintendo DS (Lite) stylus on One of the Pokeseals. Hold your stylus on the screen and take the Pokeseal to a place of the Pokeball. And you are clear

Ele Seal (Electric Seal) - gives a Bolt of Energy when the pokebal is sent out. Heart seal - Makes a Pink heart when the pokeball is sent out. Star Seal - This will make a kind of Yellow star when the pokeball is sent out. Line Seal - This will make a Line when the pokeball is sent out. Smoke Seal - This will make a tiny Smokescreen when the pokeball is sent out. Foam seal - This will make a Foam when the pokeball is sent out. Fire Seal - This gives the pokeball a Burn like effect when the pokeball is sent out. Party Seal - Gives a Confetti like thing above the Pokemon when it is send out. Flora Seal - Gives a Flower like effect when the pokeball is sent out. ( Ideal for Grass pokemon) Song Seal - This will have to make with the music when the pokeball is sent out. A to Z Seal - Gives a Letter effect when the pokeball is sent out.
