Route 211 connects Eterna City and Celestic Town. Route 211 is seperated by Mt. Cornet. The TMs Psychic and Psych Up can be found on this route. Most of the Pokemon on this route (East Side) are under lvl. 30! This is a good place for training if you want to level up or evolve your Pokemon.
