Wind Archers, like bowmen, use arrows and attack from a distance. They use wind energy to enhance a variety of abilities.

First job

Training locations

Level Recommended Monsters
1-12 Kiku the Knight Trainer's Quests (Green Snails, Blue Snails, Red Snails, and Shrooms).
13-16 Slimes and Orange Mushrooms, Moon Bunny PQ
17-20 Early DS archers: Pig Beach (pigs and ribboned pigs) and Moon Bunny PQ. Early CS archers: Slimes.
21-25 Green Mushrooms, Horny Mushrooms, pigs and ribboned pigs, Wooden Masks and Ghost Stumps (found at excavation site near Perion); Kerning PQ.
26-30 Horny Mushrooms, Green Mushrooms, Zombie Mushrooms,

Crows, Wild Boars are also options, as well as Rocky Masks (found at the excavation site near Perion). Consider doing some Kerning or Ariant PQs, as they give some pretty nice exp. Be careful, archers have a high maximum damage but also have a really low minimum, which makes them unpopular.

Second job

To become a 2nd Job Wind Breaker:

  1. Get to level 30.
  2. Go to Ereve and speak with Neinheart.
  3. You will be sent to talk to Irena, the Wind Breaker instructor.
  4. Go to Drill hall #2 and fight the monster there.
  5. Obtain 30 Proof of hero and go back to Irena.
  6. You are now a second job Wind Breaker!

Training locations

Training locations

Level 30-35:

  • The monster carnival is a good place to start. It gives you easy exp. As with other low level classes, it might be a little tough to get a party.
  • For soloing: Horny Mushrooms and Zombie Mushrooms are a good target at this point. You can get quests to both Horny Mushrooms and Zombie Mushrooms, and fight them for hours in the Ant Tunnel Mini Dungeon.

Level 35-40:

  • Again, Monster Carnival is a great place to be. It should be a little easier to get a party.
  • The alternative to the Monster Carnival is the Ludibrium Party Quest. (Which is located atop the Eos Tower.) It's a little hard to get into at this level, let alone do, so do your best to level up in the Monster Carnival before attempting this.
  • Star and Lunar Pixie are a fairly good spot to train if you are in Orbis. If you are still in Victoria, Evil and Curse eye are a good way to earn some quick exp.

Level 40-45:

  • Continuing Monster Carnival is your safest bet.
  • Now you can get into both the Monster Carnival, and the Ludibrium PQ much easier at these levels. They also give a lot of exp. The Ludibrium PQ actually gives more overall exp than the A rank reward at the Monster Carnival even after the exp decrease, but the Ludibrium PQ is somewhat more difficult to do.

Level 45-50:

  • At this point, the Monster Carnival tends to get a little slower. So some alternatives are in order.
  • The Ludibrium Party Quest is still a good alternative.

Level 50-60:

  • Now that you've made it to Level 50+, you could start the Ludibrium Maze PQ. It is a great way to earn some exp. (It's also a great way to get some great prizes.)
  • Cellion, Lioner, and Grupin. With your Storm Breath ability, you can kill them with some ease.

Third job

Travel to Ereve and speak to Neinheart to begin the quest. Speak to your job instructor and they will ask for an Investigation Permit. This will require one refined Dark Crystal. They can be refined in either Orbis (by Spiruna for 50,000 after completing her quest chain) or El Nath (by Vogen for 100,000).

Once you receive the permit, head left to the training forests. There will be portals near the top of each map. Enter each one by one and a 10 minute timer will start. Speak to the job instructor inside. If the instructor is a fake, he will reveal himself and you must defeat him and pick up the drop. Speak to your job instructor back in town to complete the advancement.

Training locations

Once you have reached the 3rd job it is suggested to hunt the monsters under Ludi and Aqua dungeon then once you level 90.
