Sakura Castle is a level 70+ theme dungeon that replaces World Tour's (Zipangu) Ninja Castle. The final boss of this theme dungeon is very difficult, as its health is about 10,000 times greater than the strongest normal monster here. It will take a decently equipped level 77 mechanic using siege mode about 10-15 minutes to beat. A group and lots of potions, or about 20 power elixirs, is recommended.
General notes from Rise Against (v121) patch notes
Starts with the quest "Tae Gong's Request: This is NOT a Fish."
You will receive a mystical book. You must turn the book in to Wiz the Librarian.
After talking to Wiz the Librarian, you can start "The Land Across the Sea."
You will receive the book again, but this time double clicking on the book will transport you to Sakura Castle.
You can also use a Dimensional Mirror to get back to Sakura Castle.
There is a string of 16 quests that the player has to complete to figure out what’s going on at Sakura Castle. Each quest gives the player EXP rewards.
When you defeat the boss, Gigatoad, he will drop boxes for each class with a level 60-70 item inside. The boss also drops a secret recipe. You also have a chance to get the Musashi Hat.
At level 70 you will receive a bubble notification for a quest regarding Tae Gong. It can be completed just by finishing the conversation.
The book master from Helios Tower's library will talk to you via bubble. He will give you a story book that you can use to teleport to Sakura Castle. You can also go there by using Dimensional Portal.
At Sakura Castle: Sakura Castle Outskirts (the entrance to the Theme Dungeon and west of Sakura Castle) you will meet Hamadaya. He will ask you to kill 70 Thief Crows (these are level 72). Quest name: Unprovoked Crow Attack; ~10,000 EXP reward; 80,000 at level 105. After completing the quest, he will disappear, as he has moved to the castle gates with the other citizens.
Hamadaya will ask you to collect 100 Kappa's Poison Pouche from the Sakura Kappa (these are level 73) because they are threatening the denizens of Sakura Castle. Sakura Kappas can be found on the east side of Sakura Castle (Quest name: A Secret Request; 90,000 EXP at level 105).
Talk to Akai for a quest called The Merchant's Daughter. You tell her about what you did for Hamadaya and she tells you that he duped you into helping him do evil things. The Sakura Kappa are the town's guardians. She tells you to find Nobuo (~20,000 EXP reward).
Talk to Hoshi for a quest called Princess Suzume is Super Nice. Hoshi tells you that Suzume can see the truth about the Daimyo. Talk to Daisuke, the guard by the gate (20,000 EXP reward).
Talk to Daisuke again for a quest called Another Rumor. He tells you that the Gigatoad possessed the Daimyo and that the ninjas in the castle aren't real. Talk to Sasuke to finish the quest (20,000 EXP reward).
Talk to Sasuke for a quest called Entering Sakura Castle. Sasuke lets you in because you mention Nobuo. He gives you Sai's Steel Throwing-Knives to give to Sai. Enter the portal next to him to reach Sakura Castle: Sakura Castle Garden 1. Talk to Sai, who is hanging up on the wall, to give him the knives (20,000 EXP reward).
Talk to Sai for a quest called A Strange Truth. He wants you to "spy" on the Genin. Kill 100 Sakura Genin (level 74). Talk to Sai and he'll agree that its weird that they turn into branches when they die. Reward: 100,000 EXP.
Talk to Sai again for a quest called Nobuo-wuo. Go to the right and go through two portals to reach Sakura Castle: Sakura Castle Garden 2. Climb up the roof and talk to Nobuo (20,000 EXP reward).
Talk to Nobuo for a quest called Sakura Chunin Investigation. Kill 100 Sakura Chunin (they are level 75) and collect 50 Chunin Poison Darts (100,000 EXP reward). Note: this quest takes the longest to complete out of all of the Sakura Castle quests.
Talk to Nobuo again for a quest called Meeting the Princess'. Head to the right and go through two portals to reach Sakura Castle: Tsukino Tower 1st Floor. Defeat 100 Sakura Jonin (they are level 76) and then go through the portal on the right. Talk to Princess Suzume (110,000 EXP reward).
Talk to Princess Suzume for a quest called Fuji's Intel. Go back to the first floor and climb the stairs nearby. Go up to the third floor. Talk to Fuji (20,000 EXP reward).
Talk to Fuji for a quest called Truth in Shadows. Collect 20 Shadow Ninja Scrolls from the nearby Sakura Ninja (they are level 77). 110,500 EXP reward.
Talk to Fuji again for a quest called Destroying the Barrier. Go up to the fifth floor. Kill Sakura Samurai (they are level 78) and collect 3 Broken Tatemono. Turn in the quest on the portal barrier (the one with glowing chains and a frog face). 120,000 EXP reward.
Go back to Fuji on the third floor or use the lightbulb to accept Defeat the Gigatoad!. Prepare for a very difficult and long fight for players 70-80. Bring high level friends to make it easy. Return the Gigatoad Coin Purse to Princess Suzume when you're done. ?? EXP reward.
