- Minwu: a white mage;
- Scott: a well-balanced character; since Minwu is specialized in White Magic while Josef and Ricard are specialized in physical combat, it could be wise to turn Scott into a Black Mage;
- Josef: a miner and a monk, specialized in bare-handed combat;
- Ricard: a Dragoon Knight, specialized in fighting with spears.
