This area has both land & water. Area consists of several Pokemons & traners with 45-50 level pokemons. Most are water pokemon trainers. On land you'll get rare candy.

After entering on the route there will be a path to the left before the water with a berry patch. Surf on the water and you will find Swimmers Sam and Sophia. Continue on the route and you will see stairs which you should go up to catch some new Pokémon and grab some items. Use the Dowsing Machine to find any hidden items. When done continue on the route and almost immediately you will find Swimmer Glenn. Keep surfing on the route and at the big rock surf to all the way north. Just above the next big rock is Swimmer Mallory. Just below the rock is Swimmer Joanna. Continue on the route past Joanna and you will find Swimmer Kurt. Keep surfing past Kurt and you will find yourself on Route 229.

Route 230
Route 230

This is a water route connecting the Fight Area to Route 229. It has an island in the middle with some new Pokémon to catch for you. Also surfing and fishing have new Pokémon

After entering on the route there will be a path to the left before the water with a berry patch. Surf on the water and you will find Swimmers Sam and Sophia. Continue on the route and you will see stairs which you should go up to catch some new Pokémon and grab some items. Use the Dowsing Machine to find any hidden items.
