This is the default controls for the Wii Remote and Nunchuk:

- : Jump/recover/get on a horse.
- : Block.
- : Move. Tap twice to run.
- : Heroes arts.
- Swing : Basara arts.
- : Taunt/Ally assist attack ability.
- +: Second ability.
- +: Third ability.
- +: Fourth ability.
- ++: Super arts when unlocked.
- : Pause game.
