Lumbridge is the town you first become in and is nicknamed by many Intermediate/Experiences players as "NoobTown" it is were you go when you die (Unless you have Saradormins Gaze on then you will go to Falador.) There are quiet a few easy quest to start around the area and the Lumbridge Swamps contain the shed which leads to The Lost City of Zanaris (see quest.) Tt has a general store an axe store and a churh but not much else. Lumbridge is the most easiest place to rain from level 3-15 because it has many quick respawning goblins and if you die you only just have to walk across the bridge to get back.
