Get a pot in lumbridge general store.Head northwest.You should come across a windmill.There is a grain field just west of the mill.Pick one grain and then go in the windmill.Go up to the top floor and use your grain on the hopper.Operate the hopper controls and go back down and use your pot on the flour.

By the chicken farm were you found the egg should be a cow pasture. Use a bucket on one of the milking cows and you'll have a bucket of milk.

The closest dairy cow is in Lumbridge, where all the cows are. Find the dairy cow and click on it. Click on the milk option. You will now have milk in your bucket.
 
'''Flour:''' To buy flour, you can get it from the Food Store at Port Sarim. To make flour (recommended), you will first need a pot, wheat, and water. A pot can be bought from General Stores. Now, find grain. Grain can be found in fields south of Varrock and east of Draynor. Pick up one piece of grain. Next, you have to find a windmill. There is one in between Draynor and Lumbridge. Once there, climb up the ladders to the very top of the windmill. Make sure you have a pot with you. Use your grain with the hopper. Next, look for the the switches for the hopper. Use the switches and the grain will fall down a shoot. Go down to the first floor and use your pot with the flour.
 
Once you have these three items, return to the cook and you will be done the quest.

Flour
