Demon Slayer

Description: A mighty demon is being summoned to destroy the city of Varrock. You find out you are the one destined to stop him. (Or at least to try)

Requirements/Items: 1GP, ability to defeat a level 27 demon using a Silverlight sword, 25 bones, bucket of water.

Starting Location: Southwest of the fountain in center Varrock, in the Gypsy Tent

Reward: Ability to use Silverlight, 3 Quest Points

Instructions:

Head to Varrock Castle, just north of the fountain in Varrock. Head to the western room from the entrance, and speak with Sir Prysin. Tell him the Gypsy sent you, and ask for the Silverlight. He will send you on the quest for 3 keys. Here’s how to fetch ‘em.

Key 1 - Head north of Prysin’s room and up the stairs twice. Speak with Captain Rovin, tell him it is important. Tell him about the demon invading the city. He will hand over a key.

Key 2 - This key is a bit harder to get. Grab your bucket of water. Go to the northeastern corner of the castle, into the kitchen. Walk through the door outside and use your bucket with the drain. Now, quickly you must get out of the castle. Head east of the entrance and south a bit to the sewers. The sewers is an ! On your mini-map. Head up the northwestern path of the sewers until you reach a dead end, you should see a key on the ground to your west. Grab it, and return outside of the sewers.

Key 3 - Now you must head to the wizards tower with your 25 bones. Use the stairs to head up one floor. Speak with Traiborn about the key, and he asks for 25 bones. Give them to him. Now wait while he performs a ritual, then he will give you the last and final key.

Now, head back to Sir Prysin. Give him the keys, and he will hand over the silverlight. Equip it. You may want to gather some armor for this part, and maybe food, too. You are now about to fight Delrith. Head to the south entrance of Varrock, and look for the Stone Cirlce. Attack Delrith, and when it asks for it, chant the last message “Carlem, Aber, Camerinthum, Purchai, Gabindo.” Congratulations, Quest Complete!
