Staffs
Occasionaly seen on a mage, the ordinary Staff is a rather poor weapon. There are however some very potent forged staves such as the famous Staff of Storms which has great power over air and the Staff of Elemental Mastery which gives a bonus to elemental magic.
Rods
Very rare weapons, the most well known rod is the Rod of Death wielded by the Prince of Death and Ghost King. There are many forged rods.
