Dominions 3: The Awakening/Coastal

A coastal province is a land province that borders a sea province. Coastal provinces are affected by some spells that don't affect inland provinces. They are also eligible to have different magic sites and population types because of their coastal status. Coastal provinces can also be the source or destination of navigation movement.
