There are three "levels" to this spell, all named the same, so be sure that you are scripting the one you want to cast. The lowest level (1H) affects a single sacred undead unit. The next lowest (2H) affects all sacred undead units in a 10-square area and has a relatively short range. The highest level (3H) is the undead equivalent of Divine Bless and affects all sacred undead units on the battlefield.
All the versions of this spell are 100 precision and zero fatigue cost.
Note that these spells affect only sacred undead units and will not bless your living sacred units. The reverse is also true, and nothing is more annoying that scripting Divine Blessing and then wondering why your Shadow Vestals are not armed with death weapons.
