Obviously, adding some gentle rides will help balance the intense roller coasters around the area. There's already plenty to choose from so place a few scattered along the park.  There is an area that's covered with spooky trees and dirty ground. You can keep the spooky theme going by building a Car Ride or a Ghost Train at that are and placing more spooky objects like gravestones or the ever-popular skeleton. For extra effectiveness, raise a small piece of land and color it with a roof tile and painted walls for the Ghost Train to go through with added doors.

If you can, try to wind around the three coasters already built for added fun. With only three years, you'll need to keep the pace of adding new rides constant;y and address the needs of your guests more quickly than before. It shouldn't be too difficult thanks to the three pre-built coasters, but it can be really easy to slack off and have a group of guests suddenly leave, so always stay alert. This and the previous scenario are samples on how difficult the following levels will be, so if you can beat Whispering Cliffs and Three Monkeys Park, you're ready for the challenges ahead.

Walkthrough

Despite the high guest requirement, Three Monkeys Park is already experiencing an influx of guests thanks to three steel roller coasters with very favorable stats. You also start with a new set of scenery known as Spooky Theming which has dead trees, worn gravestones, and a huge spooky skeleton. To get 1,400 guests in 3 years will require a constant stream of new rides and expanding to the north so it's important to set up a profit quickly.

For the Three Monkey roller coasters, there is already a mechanic patrolling the area and inspecting them every ten minutes. But for extra safety, you can shut them down and have them with one train instead of two to avoid the dread Station Break Failure crash or go to construction, delete a straight piece that's just before the station, and replace it with the special break piece. It'll slow down trains to the specified speed, such as 13 mph (or 20 kmh-1) to make the trains just slow enough to prevent a crash. While you're at it, you can also delete another straight piece in the track to add an On-Ride Photo Booth for extra cash. Either way, you will have to test the new rides, so do so very quickly before the guests get bored. Don't be alarmed if you see a red down arrow near your guest count as that'll soon pass when the coasters are open again. Don't forget to raise the prices of the three coasters to at least $7.00 after you're done.

Now for the real challenge of the park: the lack of food stalls. Go to research and set it to maximum with only Shops & Stalls checked. Even with this set, you'll be getting the Souvenir Stall and Hat Stall before you finally get a food stall, so leave it checked for a while. Once you have the food stalls you need, shift research to Roller Coasters or Thrill Rides. As soon as you get your first food stall, build it immediately before the guests complain about hunger. Add around nine to ten handymen to cover the entire park with a special handyman covering the three roller coasters. Add some benches at that area as well as some trash bins around the park.

Use brakes if you want multiple trains.

As for roller coasters, there's plenty of untouched space at the north as well as the spacious lake at the south for all kinds of coasters to be built. If you can, try to wind around the three coasters already built for added fun. You should have enough money to do a little landscaping and forest cutting if necessary. To get 1,400 guests, you'll need several coasters with High ratings (at least 5.12) to bring in the clientele as well as heavy advertising for those rides. Don't forget to give free coupons for old coasters and rides to revitalize popularity.

Note: For some reason, when researching Thrill Rides first, it will unlock the Cycle Railway, a gentle ride. This is fixed in later re-releases as well as OpenRCT2.
