Rides 5 Roller Coasters

Walkthrough[edit]

A brand new goal to introduce the variety Loopy Landscapes has, you'll find Volcania open with only guest wandering around an empty area with five incomplete coasters that cannot be removed. The objective is to finish these coasters and have them earn an excitement rating of 6.70 or higher. You have as much time as possible, but completing these coasters will be expensive, so it's imperative to get some guests coming by building more rides, then start on the objective.

Most of the rides are bunched up at the right side of the volcano: a Steel Roller Coaster (green), a Wooden Twister Roller Coaster (black and burgundy), a Steel Wild Mouse Roller Coaster (blue), and a Supended Looping Coaster (red). One Suspended Roller Coaster rests at the top of the dormant volcano. You can't destroy or modify the original pieces, only add and delete pieces you built. First, put down some stalls for the guests at the first junction past the entrance. Place a couple of flat rides to lure guests; the Merry-Go-Round and Whoa Belly are highly recommended. Set research to maximum and focus on getting Go Karts by picking Thrill Rides since you already have plenty of coaster types. Finally, hire some staff. You don't have to worry about mechanics focusing on the coasters yet.

With $15,000, you can start on the cheapest coaster, the Steel Wild Mouse. Both ends of the track are pretty far from each other with the starting end stopping at a steep incline after a drop. Level it out and make a left turn, then add a big, steep drop. Getting over there shouldn't be too difficult as long as you mind the end being 21 units high. You may need a second chainlift to reach it. Once you have it finished, hire another mechanic. The next easy one is the Steel Roller Coaster. It's more expensive, but thankfully there's already a loop prebuilt, which will add a lot more excitement. At the start, finish the huge turn and go into the volcano with a steep drop. Make a banked left turn when it's 19 units high and tunnel out with some landscaping. From there, you can freely build toward the loop in any way you can.

One of the unfinished coasters.

Once finished, you'll need to connect the path toward the queue line. The best way is to connect the underground path, go over the Wooden Roller Coaster's station once you get out of the underground, and connect to Steel Roller Coaster's queue. Don't forget to connect to the ride's exit with a short path. After this, if your funds are low, build more flat rides as well as a Go-Kart for easy money to continue. You can even build another coaster if you want, just make sure it doesn't get in the way of the ones you must build.

For the Wooden Twister, you can build freely at the empty north side of the park, then find a spot to build underground in the sandy area. Keep going straight underground until you reach the helices at the other end of the track. The Suspended Looping Coaster has a lot of space to work with thanks to the Wooden Twister being underground but suspended coasters can be pretty expensive to build, so manage your funds. Remember that the end of this coaster has to be another half twist or a corkscrew. And finally, the Suspension Roller Coaster. It starts with a drop down to the volcano's lake, so go wild underground and come out of the volcano to head toward the chain lift. If any of the coasters come close but not quite to the goal, try adding a little more length, add decorations, or put additional drops (even 1-unit tall drops will count toward excitement).

When all five coasters reach the requirement, as soon as the next day commences, you'll immediately win the scenario.
