Along with rides, RollerCoaster Tycoon provides stalls for guests to have their needs fulfilled. Guests will eventually get hungry, become thirsty, or need to use a toilet. When guests don't have any way to relieve those needs, they will eventually want to go home. Place these stalls in areas where guests want to have their needs met. In addition, some shops sell services to make extra money like toys or help guests like umbrellas. All stalls take up a single 1x1 square and can be placed on uneven terrain for an extra fee with the base cost.
Balloon Stall[edit]

A striped stall that sells balloons, which only serve to make extra money. The balloons can be in any color, like painting a ride. Guests can only buy one balloon at a time, but once they let go of their balloon, they can purchase another. Incidentally, when you win a scenario, all guests will let go of their balloons to applaud you.

Called Toilets in the EU version, it's a simple restroom. Guests go in this building to lower their bathroom stat. This building is the only one to do so and is imperative to place all over your park.

A burger-shaped attraction that sells hamburgers. Burgers have a pricey production cost, but also popular and filling for guests.
Candy Apple Stand[edit]

Called Toffee Apple Stall in the EU version, it's a store shaped like a candled apple on a stick. They sell apples in a sugar coating. Very cheap to make at a production cost of $0.40 per apple, but hard to raise the sales price because of that.

A cafe-styled stall that sells coffee for consumption. Like other drinks, it lowers thirst but greatly increases bathroom needs. Although not required, it fits best with parks with lower average temperatures.

Called a Candyfloss Stall in the EU version, it's a giant pink cotton candy monster fitted as a shop. They sell cotton candy, which has the cheapest production cost at $0.30. It's recommended to keep the price below $1.50 to keep customers from being turned away.

Also known as the Doughnut Shop, a white stall with a giant donut on top. Sells baked goods at a cheap production cost. The only store with a construction cost not divisible by 5.
Drink Stall[edit]

A shop made of four giant soda cans that sells drinks. For RollerCoaster Tycoon and Corkscrew Follies, this is the only stand that deals with thirst. Drinks will also cause a guest's bathroom stat to increase significantly.
Exotic Sea-Food Stall[edit]

A stall with a green octopus mascot on top. They sell fried tentacles for eating. It's a pricey food stall with each tentacle sold costing the park $1.10; only build it if you need more food variety.

An egg-shaped food stall that looks like a chicken's head. They sell fried chicken for guests. The default prices give the same profit as a Burger Bar but is slightly cheaper to build.

Also known as the Chip Shop in the EU version, it's a stall with a french fry mascot posing on top. It sells french fries, which can be pretty salty and drive up thirst.

A wooden building that sells hats for guests. The hats can be any color the player chooses and guests will be seen wearing them for the rest of their time at the park.
Hot Dog Stall[edit]

A brown stall with a blue-and-white awning and a giant hot dog on top. Sells hot dogs, which help with hunger, but affect thirst.

A stall decorated with all kinds of ice cream stuff. The color of the stripes can be changed in construction. They sell ice cream, which helps with hunger and doesn't affect thirst.

A circular building with a blue "i" block on top. Interestingly, this is the only building where all four sides can be accessed by guests. This kiosk sells park maps to help guests find rides and shops as well as umbrellas to keep guests comfortable while in the rain. It's recommended to build this near the entrance to ensure guests buy a map first.

A green, yellow, and white stall that sells lemonade drinks. The cheapest to build out of the three drink stalls and nice to have in parks with hot climates.
Pizza Stall[edit]

A red, white, and green building that sees pizza by the slice. It is the most expensive food item, but one of the most popular as well. Highly recommended to build them whenever possible.
Popcorn Stall[edit]

An orange stall with a giant bucket of popcorn on top. They sell popcorn to satiate hunger. Like fries, popcorn is salty and will increase thirst more than usual. Place a Drink Stall nearby to take care of that.

A wooden stand that sells umbrellas and stuffed teddy bears. The umbrellas are used to help shield guests from the rain while the toys are just to make extra money. Perfect for scenarios with wet climates.
