A rule of thumb is that you can charge a new ride up to a dollar over the excitement rating. Rounding up, the Dynamite Blaster's rating is 6.70, so you can raise the price to $7.70. Though it sounds like a lot, guests are willing to pay this much to ride more exciting rides, especially if getting into the park is free.
