- Midnight Bliss transformation: Mai appears to be dressed in a traditional geisha robe with a Japanese paper umbrella. Based in one of her win poses in The King of Fighters '98, except here she wears a pink kimono (in KOF '98, the kimono's color matches her player's color, being red or blue).
- Heaven Spell (Athena defeat transformation): A cow with her outfit's tail covering its actual tail and her hairclip in place of the horns.
