Brief
Ray was furious that his partner has betrayed him. He wants you to kill in the river.
Walkthrough
Go get a police boat from the river. Once getting to the location of a black boat, the guy throws renades while trying to kill him. The chase begins and shoot down the boat, ending the mission.
