When Claude arrives at Asuka's place, he finds a note from her waiting for him:
"A reporter has been nosing around. Maria and I have taken a little holiday together until you can get rid of this perverted voyeur. He's probably out in the bay as you read this! Steal a police boat, and sink his career!"
Go to the river and get a police boat. Once you've gotten a boat, head to the reporter's boat. Once there, a health meter for the reporter's boat appears. Shoot it with the cannons, but be careful. The reporter throws grenades while doing the shooting. Shoot down his boat and kill him, completing the mission.
