Brief
When you arrive to Asuka's place, the lady has left you with a note asking you to kill a reporter. She wants you to steal a police boat and kill him.
Walkthrough
Go to the river and get a police boat. Once getting the boat, head to the reporter's boat. Once there, a health meter for the reporter's boat appears. Shoot it with the cannons, but be careful. The reporter throws grenades while doing the shooting. Shoot down his boat and kill him, completing the mission.
