Brief[edit]
Ray was furious that his partner has betrayed him. He wants you to kill him in the river.
Walkthrough[edit]
Go get a police boat from the river. Once getting to the location of a black boat, the guy throws grenades while trying to kill him. The chase begins and shoot down the boat, ending the mission.
