(MN)  Core Quest:  Maze's New Information
"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
Its time to pay a visit to the hero's home town.  Warp to Barrowfields,
if you're not already there.  Go through the little camp and walk
proudly into town, you're a hero after all.
Maze is just outside the tavern like her was at Bowerstone South.  Talk
to him and the quest is complete.

"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
If you go down to the main beach and talk to the lone woman there, she
will tell you about her husband, go to the other beach on the far right
side of your mini-map and you will find her dead husband's ghost.  Go
all the way back to the main beach and find his treasure.  [GG08] below.
Then you need to talk to the woman again.
GOOD - give her the 500 gold
EVIL - keep the gold, kill the woman, find the treasure on your
      own.

Go back to the ghost and talk to him, he will tell you his treasure is
burried by the statue in Memorial Garden [GG09].

Beating this quest earns you:

(F2)  Side Quest:  Fist Fighters Level 2
""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
Again, at night, if you want to fight the fist fighters gang, you can.
From the center of town when facing the tavern, go left past the tavern
and turn right down the hill to the three warehouses you protected (or
raided) as a child.  You will find a similar set up to the gang in
Bowerstone Quay, talk to the same looking guy to begin.

Again, you have to pay 50 gold to play, each hit you take is less gold
you earn, at the end, you get the cash.

Just like before, I will use a character with 0 strength and record the
hits it takes for me to beat each opponent.  The more strength you have
the less hits you will have to deliver to each opponent.

  Round 1:  5 hits
  Round 2:  8 hits
  Round 3:  12 hits
  Round 4:  15 hits
  Round 5:  21 hits

If you don't remember how you beat them before, just remember to block,
roll, wait for thier third attack in their combo so that they have their
back to you and then wail them.

When you beat these guys (perfectly) you will earn:
  400 gold
  100 renown

(CG)  Side Quest:  Coin Golf
""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
Coin Golf is one of the least efficent, time wise, games to play to earn
gold.  You can find the same card player character at the Tavern and
bet your money to play this useless, but fun to play mini-game.

  Max bet = 1000

The underline concept is to get as low of a score as possible.  I
serriously got hooked on this game when playing at a friends house, over
3 hours on it (didn't make much money at all really).

  ROUND Target BEST POSSIBLE
    1   2     1
    2   2     1
    3   2     1
    4   3     2

The above table shows your target shots per hole and the best you can
possibly get.  I've gotten all those scores (not all in one round) so I
know it can be done, and you can theoretically score a 5, which I would
love to see, but for now....

To play, pull the joystick back (the opposite way of where you want the
penny to go) to where you want your power to be, hold it steady, make
sure you're aiming in the right spot, and then press "A".  Don't try and
pull and release, this can serriously hold you back.

Round 1 - Aim left, at the tall skinny glass.  You want to hit the
right side edge of the glass just right.  Use 90% power at first
just to get your aim down.  To get a hole in 1 you need to use
about 98% power, hit it just right and get VERY lucky.  If it
doesn't go in on the first shot (which I doubt you will see for
a while) you will still  be in an easy 2nd shot straight line.
Round 2 - Aim right of the big jug in the middle of the table, you will
see a beer mug, you want to hit it just right with a shot that
looks like it will miss the left side, but just barely hit the
edge of it.  Use 80-90% power until you get your bearings, 100%
on a good shot will shoot it right through the hole and off the
table, I use about 95%.  Again, if you don't get it in 1 shot,
you at least have a second easy shot.
Round 3 - Aim to the far left, in the great distance you will see a
skiny glass on the edge of the table.  Hit it in the
middle-right side and you will quickly learn the spot to hit,
use 100% power and you'll probably get a lot of teasers just
outside the ring and start thinking it can't make it, when one
time it will.  OF course, this hole provides on of the better
2nd shots, its so easy to get the aim down.
Round 4 - Aim to the right at the tall glass.  You want to look very
carefully at the screen, you can see the 3d texturing has a
shadow on the inside edge (the far left of the base), if you hit
that area just right, with a 100% power shot, your penny can go
all the way down the table and even set you up for an easy 2nd
shot.  Most of the time, this hole requires 3 shots (9/10 times)
and I do not see anyway of getting a hole in 1.

My personal best is 8.

When you score 11 or under you will get the special prize, a Whisper
Hero Doll, the 2nd in the doll collecting quest.

(2C)  Side Quest:  Collect the Hero Dolls 2
"""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
At Coin Golf, if you score 11 or less, you will earn the special prize.

Second Hero Doll:
  1 x Whisper Hero Doll

Maritial Home #2
""""""""""""""""
At the middle left side of the mini-map is a group of houses, you can
buy the upper most one.

Mecrinary #2
""""""""""""
Outside the entrance to the Memorial Gardens is the second mercinary.
This is a GOOD sided mercinary of average strength.

(TS)  Side Quest:  The Chapel of Skorm
""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""""
Go back to Darkwood Camp.  From Darkwood camp you can go to the Chapel of
Skorm.  Skorm is basically the devil and all the bad guys worship him.
So, this chapel is an evil place.  Left of the chapel is a chest.

Inside the chest you will find:
  1 x Assassin Shirt

Inside the chapel are two evil priests, you can kill them for GOOD points
or you can do their bidding for EVIL points.

If you wish to do their bidding you can earn prizes.

Prize 1:  Gift of extended age (average of 8 years off your age)
Prize 2:  Skorm's Bow (best ranged weapon in the game)
  Prize 3:  Necromancer Title

To earn these prizes you must bring sacrifices.  Sacrifices can be any
villager who is willing to follow you, mercinaries even your own wives.
This is the most complicated part of the game because it is never
consistant.

REMEMBER TO ALWAYS SAVE BEFORE MAKING SACRIFICES!

Although you can in theory get all the rewards at this point in the game,
it may not work for you.  If you're EVIL, I can tell you right now, it
won't happen.

To get Skorm's Bow, you need to get at least 750 EVIL points from a
single sacrifice, if it is your first sacrifice it seems to be easier.

The gift of extended life and the Necromancer title can be earned by
getting 400 or more EVIL points per sacrifice AFTER getting Skorm's Bow.

So, to sum it up in 3 steps, this is what you have to do:

  1.  Sacrifice someone for 750 or more EVIL points.
  2.  Sacrifice someone for 400 or more EVIL points.
  3.  Sacrifice someone for 400 or more EVIL points.

The more to the GOOD alignment you are, the easier this is.  A level 5
GOOD character (over half way) who sacrifices the mercinary from Oakvale
at the right time of night (its unpredictable when the right time is)
will earn 800 GOOD points, a level 3 GOOD character at the right time of
night with the same mercinary will only earn 650-700 EVIL points.

It is best if you do this in only 3 sacrifices.  If you simply can't get
it wait until later, I will comment on the chapel again.
