Template:Infobox Super Mario World (released on the Game Boy Advance as Super Mario Advance 2) is a SNES game first released by Nintendo in 1990. It is considered by many players to be the best of the Super Mario series, if not the best game of all time.
The SNES compilation Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World contained remakes of the Super Mario Bros. series, as well as Super Mario World. The Game Boy Advance version has several new features, including a battle mode homage to the original Mario Bros. game (which is included in every Super Mario Advance title).
Note: Unless otherwise made clear by the context, throughout this guide, "Mario" refers to both Mario and Luigi.
