Celadon City is almost as big as Saffron, it has a Mansion, a huge store, a restaurant, a game corner and the usual things. A secret part of the mansion, that can only be accessed by cutting down a bush with the HM move CUT, has a Pokémon Expert who hands you an Eevee.
