Ever Grande City actually has no settlements. There's just a pond, a waterfall, a Pokémon Center and lots of flowers. Also, the main entrance to the Victory Road is here.
Fishing
You can catch Luvdisc, Corsola and Wailmer by fishing in the pond using a Super Rod. If you didn't trade away the rare Bellossom for a Corsola in Fortree City, catch a Corsola here.
