Ever Grande City actually has no settlements. There's just a pond, a waterfall, a Pokémon Center and lots of flowers. Also, the main entrance to the Victory Road is here.

Fishing
You can catch Luvdisc, Corsola and Wailmer by fishing in the pond using a Super Rod. If you didn't trade away the rare Bellossom for a Corsola in Pacificlog City, catch a Corsola here.
Luvdisc is poor in battling but in the wild it usually holds the item Heart Scale. Use a Pokémon that is not holding any item and that knows the attack Thief, Covet or Trick to steal a Heart Scale. Then give the scale to a collector in Fallarbor Town and he will teach one of your Pokémon a move that it was able to learn but deleted or never learned.
