Go north along the beach until you get to some steps. This leads up to Mr. Briney's house. Go north on the path to find some Berry Trees (Pecha and Oran). Soon, another trainer awaits.

Remember this location, as later on, when you are heading to [[../Dewford Town/]], you'll need his services.
