The Rusturf Tunnell connects Rustboro City (via [[../Route 116/|Route 116]]) and [[../Verdanturf Town/|Verdanturf Town]]. It itself, however, is quite boring. Just about the only thing that is noteworthy about the tunnel itself is the fact that wild Whismur are very common here. (In fact, Whismur are the ''only'' Pokémon that will be encountered while in Rusturf Tunnel!) However, Whismur provides one HP point for EV training, and due to the low level of the Whismur encountered here this may turn out to be a good spot for EV training the HP stat of your Pokémon.

Unfortunately, Dewford Town is on an island, so you can't get there by yourself at this point.
