Pokémon Gold and Silver/Sprout Tower

To win easily get a Pidgey and train it to Level 9, it will learn Gust which is Super effective against grass Pokémon.

First go inside, talk to the people then go to the first floor and go left, a trainer will battle you (see Trainer 1). Then go to Level 2, pick up the Parlyz Heal to the South then go north east along the path to a second trainer (see Trainer 2). Now go up to Level 3, get the X Accuracy then go south to battle another trainer (see trainer 3). Go to Level 4 and grab the Potion, then go north and beat trainers 4, 5 and 6 then go beside the pillar, your rival will beat the Elder, then tell you about strong Pokémon then use an Escape Rope.It is now your chance to beat the Elder for the HM, first pick up the Escape Rope to the East then battle him(trainer 7), as a reward you will get Flash (HM05) now use the Escape Rope and go to the gym.
