Cerulean City is a seaside city located in northern Kanto. It is situated near a sea inlet to the north, with Saffron City to the south, the Rock Tunnel and Power Plant to the east, and Mt. Moon to the west. It is home to Misty, the Cerulean City Gym Leader.

Bike Shop

The bike shop here is closed. The owner moved the shop to Goldenrod City in Johto.

Berserk Gene

The "Unknown Dungeon" is gone but near where it used to be you can find a Berserk Gene.

Cerulean Gym

Misty is nowhere to be found until after you fix the problem with the Power Plant, then she can be found to the north on Route 25. But the Machine Part for the Power Plant is hidden in the gym (in the upper left corner of the square of water in the center of the gym.)
