If Hanharr was your temporary character in the Jekk'Jekk Tarr Tunnels, then he speaks to Atton back in the flophouse on the docks, with Kreia in the background:

Hanharr: I... must speak with you. Your Jeedai leader... has been captured.
Dialog
Hanharr: By Goto, leader of one of the many tribes of the Exchange. He flies across the black of this moon, hidden, unseen. Difficult to track.
1. Then how do we get him back? 2. There must be a way to reach Goto. 3. But you know a way... right?
Hanharr: There is one way - to pretend to be prey... and let Goto take your ship. Hanharr: Yes, to be bait, to pretend to be prey... and let Goto take your ship.
Hanharr: Goto is a predator. He feeds on the freighters of Vogga the Hutt, smelling them, then swooping down on them. If you were to become one of Vogga's freighters, he would take you as well.
1. Vogga the Hutt? 2. Why? 3. What does Goto want with Vogga's freighters?
Hanharr: Vogga the Hutt... crime lord, from the planet below. Came to this moon to strength his position in his tribe. Hanharr: Goto preys on Vogga, starves his trading, makes small, slow cuts at his tribe until he bleeds to death.
Hanharr: Goto has preyed on him since his arrival. Goto can smell his ships - and capture them. If you were hidden as one of Vogga's ships, Goto would capture you as well. And then once you are inside his ship, you devour him from within.
1. So how would we become one of Vogga's freighters? 3. How would we get Goto's attention? 2. Easier said than done, if it can be done at all.
Hanharr: By changing how your ship smells. The pattern of lights and codes within the ship are what Goto smells. Hanharr: It can be done... by changing how your ship smells. The pattern of lights and codes within the ship are what Goto smells.
Hanharr: Vogga's warehouse is where such patterns are stored. But it is run by machines. And one would have to be a machine to gain access.

If Mira was your temporary character, then she speaks to Atton alone instead:

Mira: Uh, you're running a little late - your friend already walked into a trap in the Jekk'Jekk Tarr.
Dialog
Mira: We took out Visquis, but Goto has him... and that means no bounty for me. Mira: We took out Visquis, but Goto has her... and that means no bounty for me.
1. Then how do we get him back? 1. Then how do we get her back? 3. So that's it? There's nothing else we can do?
Mira: There's no way to get him back. Mira: There's no way to get her back.
Mira: No one knows how to reach Goto except Visquis, and that squid-head died in the Jekk'Jekk Tarr.
1. Then how do we get him back? 1. Then how do we get her back? 3. So that's it? There's nothing else we can do? 2. There must be a way to reach Goto.
Mira: The only way to reach Goto is if we had a Jedi, but now, he's got your friend, he doesn't have anybody else he wants captured...
1. How does Goto hide his ship? 2. He's got to be in the Nar Shaddaa system somehow. 3. Why don't we just try fly into low orbit, and look for his ship?
Mira: He's got a cloaking device. He's the one that arranges the meetings on his ship, and until then, he can't be found. Trust me, if anyone knew how to track his ship, he'd have every bounty hunter and criminal on Nar Shaddaa gunning for it.

Atton starts with 10 Intelligence, but can gain more from points and items:

Intelligence 1. [Intelligence (15)] But wait - Vogga the Hutt's freighters keep getting intercepted by Goto.
Dialog
Mira: Yeah, you're right - but his warehouse is shut down because of it, he's not sending any more flights out. Even if you signed on with Vogga, that slug wouldn't let you out of the system anyway.

Otherwise:

2. There must be a way - I say we hit orbit and start hunting. 3. We're not giving up now.
Mira: If you were hunting for Goto's yacht, your freighter would be flying blind... well, unless it was one of Vogga the Hutt's cargo ships, then it would be snapped up by Goto pretty quick.
1. Vogga the Hutt? 2. Why? 3. What does Goto want with Vogga's freighters?
Mira: Goto's been preying on Vogga's freighters for a while now - it's the reason Vogga's had to haul his bulk up here to Nar Shaddaa from Nal Hutta. Even with all the traffic around Nar Shaddaa, Goto seems to always know which ones are Vogga's, and his ship just snaps them up.
1. How would he know that? 2. Tracking freighters leaving Nar Shaddaa seems like it would be difficult.
Mira: Probably does it by tracking their transponder codes, but no one knows how he's getting them.
1. We don't need to sign on with Vogga - we just need the transponder code for one of his freighters. Once we have that, Goto might mistake our ship for one of Vogga's freighters. 1. So if we got one of Vogga's transponder codes, then Goto's ship might come to us?
Mira: I guess. You'd need to get the codes first, then retrofit your ship so it had the right transponder signal.

Otherwise:

2. How would we get the codes?
Mira: Well, it's not just getting any code - it's the one for Vogga's freighters, and those are stored in his droid warehouse.
Mira: Problem is, Vogga's shut down the droid warehouse until he can find out who's been leaking the codes. You'd have to be a droid to get in there.

If you sold T3-M4 to Kodin, the Aqualish junk-dealer in the top left quarter of the refugee landing pad:

Kodin: I have a new droid for Vogga. 2000 credits.
Dialog
B-5D8: Before I accept this, I must ask you how you acquired this particular droid.
Kodin: Every time these questions, droid asks too much.
B-5D8: I am sorry, but because of incidents in the past with droids you "acquired," problems have arisen. Thus, I must inquire as to the means with which you obtained them.
Kodin: Droid talk too much. Little droid sold to me, Kodin pay fair for it.
B-5D8: I see. There should be no problems then. Credits will be transferred to your account as usual.
Kodin: Good. Kodin return when more droids found.

Otherwise:

The Champ: I have a new droid for Vogga. 2000 credits.
Dialog
B-5D8: Before I accept this, I must ask you how you acquired this particular droid.
The Champ: I am champ. I win it in pazaak match.
B-5D8: I see. There should be no problems then. Credits will be transferred to your account as usual.
The Champ: Good.
The Champ: How I do?
T3-M4: Deet. Beep!
The Champ: You're welcome. Good luck with your plan, little droid.
B-5D8: Let's get you to work. Report to C7-E3 for assignment.
Journal Entry Added T3-M4 and the Droid Warehouse
T3-M4 has been sold by Kodin to work at Vogga's droid warehouse. T3-M4 is to report to C7-E3 for assignment.

Vogga's Warehouse

Vogga's Warehouse is in the top left corner of the docks. If T3-M4 tries to leave through the door in the bottom wall:

B-5D8: You are not authorized to leave the warehouse. Please report to your post.

B-5D8 is behind a desk in the top right corner:

B-5D8: Please enter the warehouse and report to C7-E3 for assignment.

The warehouse is through the door in the left wall. If you turn left, you'll pass a maintenance droid as you go down the path to the warehouse's bottom right corner, which is a dead end with a metal box:

[The droid is busy and ignores you.]
Item(s) Received Metal Box
  • ?

To the right, a path goes up to the top right corner of the warehouse before continuing along its top wall, until it meets a bisecting wall and an open area containing another maintenance droid and C6-E3:

C6-E3: I certainly hope that rude C7 unit didn't send you over here. Those more recent models have no etiquette programming whatsoever.
Dialog
T3-M4: Dee-deet.
C6-E3: I think he should be replaced or shipped down to maintenance to direct droids there, but I cannot seem to convince my masters of the logic of the request.
T3-M4: Vreet? Dee... Deet.
C6-E3: Oh, I wouldn't go that far, despite what others would say. A number designation for a C7 unit means far more than an integer increase.
T3-M4: Deet.
C6-E3: Some droids undergo radical changes with each generation. Each numeric jump in sequence can have wide-ranging changes in functionality and temperament. But then, you are a new model yourself, I wouldn't expect you to understand how it feels.
C6-E3: Now, was there something I could help you with? C6-E3: Oh, you're back. What can I do for you?
T3-M4: Dee... dee-deet, deet.
C6-E3: I see, well good day to you then.

C7-E3

Beyond C6-E3, The path meanders through the crates from the top to the bottom of the wall bisecting the warehouse, passing a couple of maintenance droids and metal boxes:

Item(s) Received Metal Box (2)
  • ?

There's a locked door in the bottom half of the bisecting wall, but if you try to open it or speak to C7-E3 in the bottom left corner:

C7-E3: I am sorry, but only authorized cargo droids are allowed into the warehouse. I cannot permit you to enter, due to the sensitive cargo.
Dialog
T3-M4: Bee-reeeet. Deet-deet.
C7-E3: Oh, I see. You are the droid recently acquired from Kodin? In that case, you were assigned to assist me here in place of the old C6 droid. C7-E3: No, in fact, I do not have you on my list of Kodin's acquisitions. How did you get in here?
T3-M4: Dee.. ree-deet. T3-M4: Dee... deet, dee-reeet.
C7-E3: No, you will be doing your work out here. If I need you in the other room, I will tell you. C7-E3: I see. Well, I have no current use for you. I'll assign you to C6-E3. He needs the help to make up for his inferior programming.
T3-M4: [Persuade] Dwoooooo. Dwoooooo. T3-M4: [Persuade/Lie] Bee-deet. Dee... deet, dee-reeet, deet. Deet.... deet. T3-M4: Deet.
C7-E3: [Failure] If you do not wish to comply with these instructions, I can have you scheduled for a memory wipe and behavioral reprogramming.
T3-M4: Dwoooooo.
C7-E3: Good. Now report to C6-E3 - you will be assisting him.

If you try the door:

C7-E3: As I said, only authorized cargo droids are given access to the rest of the warehouse. Now please, get back to work. I know that C6 unit needs assistance.
T3-M4: Beee-deet, bee-reeeet! Deeet, deet!
C7-E3: Shouldn't you be getting back to work? Keep this up and you'll be on the scrap heap by tomorrow.

Go back and speak to C6-E3:

C6-E3: Now, was there something I could help you with? C6-E3: Oh, you're back. What can I do for you?
Dialog
T3-M4: Dee... dee-deet, deet.
C6-E3: That C7 droid absolutely infuriates me! Needs help to do my job, do I?
T3-M4: Dee... deet. Deet.
C6-E3: I would be happy to help you, but as long as that C7 unit is perched at the door, I can't.
T3-M4: Dwoo.
C6-E3: Well, if the C7 unit were to be disabled, my programming would require me to take over his responsibilities in his absence.
T3-M4: Bee-deet, deet.
C6-E3: Yes, I would be willing to give you access to the next room.
Journal Entry Added T3-M4 and the Droid Warehouse
C6-E3 said that he would be willing to open the inner warehouse doors for T3-M4, but only if C7-E3 was unable to perform his job, due to malfunction or a similar reason.
C6-E3: As I said, if I were at the controls, I could open the door for you.
T3-M4: Bee-deet, deet.

When you speak to C7-E3 again:

C7-E3: Yes, what is it?
Dialog
T3-M4: Beee-deet, bee-reeeet! Deeet, deet!
C7-E3: You can't be serious! I am not in need of deactivation! What are you talking about?
T3-M4: Deeet, deet!
C7-E3: How dreadful!

C7-E3 spawned when you first entered the docks, when your main character was likely lower level.

Droid Warehouse Door

Through the door into the inner warehouse on its left side, the path through the crates meanders to the warehouse's bottom left corner, past another maintenance droid to a communication droid:

Communication Droid: I'm sorry, but I am terribly busy. Unless you are here to help me with the repairs, please let me get on with my work.
Dialog
T3-M4: Dreet deet deet?
Communication Droid: I am trying to repair our communications relay. It must be running in time for the next set of transmissions.
T3-M4: Deet-dr-deet?
Communication Droid: Daily transmissions are made of the docking schedules in addition to the work records for the warehouse.
T3-M4: Deet? Deet dreet-deet dreep?
Communication Droid: No, I don't think there's anything strange about that. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to get back to work.
I'm sorry, I need to get the comm system up and running, come back later.

The path then goes all the way up to the top left corner, past two maintenance droids, before turning right and meandering past another maintenance droid to the top right corner of the inner warehouse, where there's a metal box by the right wall:

Dialog
T3-M4: Dee-deet? Deet?
B-4R5: I monitor the transponder codes of all ships leaving the docks, then transmit departure information for any of Vogga the Hutt's freighters.
T3-M4: Deet?
B-4R5: The information is sent to a remote computer system.
T3-M4: Dee-deet!
B-4R5: Oh, I see. In that case, I will upload the transponder codes to you. And here is the blank transponder card you need.
T3-M4: Dee-deet.
B-4R5: You're welcome. Now, if you'll excuse me, I must go back to monitoring the traffic - it is important that relevant departure information is relayed as quickly as possible.

As you return to the door back to the outer warehouse, you can see a trio of HK-50s waiting for you there. Prepare for combat before going through:

C6-E3: Who are you? You're not supposed to be here-

C6-E3 meets the same fate as his predecessor:

T3-M4: Dwoooo.
HK-50: Confident Statement: You have the list of Vogga's launch codes. You will give these to us now, or else we will be forced to take drastic action.
Dialog
T3-M4: Beee-deet, bee-reeeet! Deeet, deet!
HK-50: Surprised Statement: You are foolish to think we will allow you to take that information back to your master.
T3-M4: Beee-deet, bee-reeeet!
HK-50: Amused Query: I think you will find the odds are somewhat in our favor. Now, will you be giving us the codes, or not?
T3-M4: Deeet, deet! Beee-deet, bee-reeeet! Deeet, deet!
HK-50: Incredulous Statement: Then we will have to take them from you, which I assure you, was our preference to begin with.

Ebon Hawk ID Signature

After escaping the warehouse with Vogga's transponder codes, T3-M4 returns to the flophouse on the docks:

Atton: Hey - it's our astromech droid. I thought you got sold.
Dialog
T3-M4: Deeeet. Dwooooo.
Atton: I don't believe this - he says he's got the transponder codes that Goto's using to hijack Vogga's freighters.
Atton: We can change the ID signature of the Ebon Hawk, and get to Goto's yacht that way.
Atton: We could go to the repair shop by the landing pad to overhaul the Ebon Hawk's codes - from there, we should make a nice target for Goto. Atton: There's bound to be someone in the Refugee Sector who can realign the Ebon Hawk's ID signature - there was a place near the landing pad when we came in, we could try there.
Hanharr: If you are hunting Goto, you will fail - you are chasing, ghosts, sh- I... will accompany you. Help you. Mira: Count me in.
Atton: Yeah, right - you're the one who wanted to sell him to Goto in the first place. Atton: Yeah, right - you're the one who wanted to sell her to Goto in the first place.
Hanharr: I will not rest until your Jeedai is found... upon this, I swear. Mira: Yeah, and I don't like being cheated. Trust me, Goto's yacht is going to have some pretty heavy defenses. You're going to need all the help you can get.

Tienn Tubb: Welcome to Tienn's shop. My eyes are old, but I can see you want something of me.
Atton: Can you change our ship's ID signature?
Dialog
Tienn Tubb: You have blank transponder card, yes? This I can do for you. What ID signature do you want to use?

Tienn Tubb has changed the Ebon Hawk's ID signature to match that of the Silver Zephyr, one of the highest priority freighters in Vogga's fleet.

There are discrepancies between the freighter names used by the dock pylon consoles, Tienn Tubb and your Journal:
