Ebon Hawk[edit | edit source]

Atton landed the Ebon Hawk in a jungle clearing at the bottom end of the map, left of center. Two paths exit this clearing on its right side, although they converge further up. Two cannoks roam the bottom path, and three roam the top one.

Ship Wreckage[edit | edit source]

When you get to the next junction in the path, you get a message from Atton back on the Ebon Hawk:

Atton: I've got some news. The space battle is still going on. The Hawk's sensors just picked up a contact heading to the moon. Most of our ship's systems are powered down, so that's about all I got. That ship may have landed nearby, though. Or it may be on the other side of the moon. So you might want to prepare for another friendly Onderon welcome.

The bottom path to your right leads to a clearing with three maalraas roaming its left side, and ship wreckage on its right side: there are salvageable parts outside the wreckage in the bottom left corner, and underneath it in the top right corner, as well as a skeletal corpse just outside the wreckage and a rusted computer port in the bottom right corner inside.

"...Revan says we must take Dxun. Our wing of military droid carriers are to fly in low and drop our payload onto the jungle moon. Once the droids hit dirtside, they'll seek out the Mandalorian base and pave the way for our ground troops - and the Jedi. We're expecting heavy resistance, and if the droids can't take out the anti-air turrets, this is going to be one short mission."

"But we cannot fail... if we do, the Republic is lost."

Overloading a droid's power reactor causes an explosion, inflicting damage on all within its area of effect: this doesn't prevent you from subsequently reactivating a droid and repairing it after repairing the computer core here, but the droid is also damaged by the explosion.

Back at the junction, the top path leads into a tunnel with a remote droid (A9F0) standing in the middle of it. If you haven't fixed the computer port and repaired the computer core in the ship wreckage:

Remote Droid: This old remote droid has been eaten away by the jungle. Even if it was repaired you would need to access the computer that controls it to get it operational again.
1. Leave it alone.

Otherwise:

Remote Droid: This remote droid is damaged but the remote computer core is now active. With repairs it could be operational again.
Repair 1. Reactivate the droid. (1 repair part)
Remote Droid: The droid is now active. It will attack any enemies that come in range. Remote Droid: [Failure] You don't have any repair parts. You leave the droid alone for now.

This droid can patrol the tunnel ahead, where five cannoks roam, before stopping at the entrance to the next clearing, which contains another cannok.

As you approach the next clearing yourself, if Mira is in your party:

Mira: You thinking what I'm thinking? These jungles are filled with long narrow paths. Dumb beasts that just keep charging at you. This place is perfect for mines. If their carcasses were worth anything you could make a fortune.

There's a second Remote Droid (A9F4) on the left side of the clearing, and a skeletal corpse in its bottom right corner. This remote droid can patrol up the tunnel exiting the top of the clearing, where four more cannoks roam.

As you go up the tunnel leaving the clearing, you get another message from Atton:

Atton: The orbital fighting just ended. That Colonel Tobin stirred up a Mynock's nest when he took a shot at us. I'm still working on the repairs and I have to take down some systems, including sensors. So you'll have do without me for awhile. I know, you're crushed.

As you approach the end of this tunnel, you have a Precognition of the Zhug ship ahead, and find a third Remote Droid (A9G2).

Zhug Ship[edit | edit source]

As you exit the tunnel into the next clearing, you're confronted by Dezanti and two Duros bounty hunters:

Dezanti: You have led us on a very fine chase, human. The battle above was your doing, yes? Our ship is quite damaged now.
Mira: Well, if it isn't the Zhug brothers. Sorry, but this one's my bounty, so keep those weapon barrels pointed down. Dezanti: Throw down your weapons, yes? Your bounties are worth more if you are still very much alive.
Dezanti: Our quarrel is not with you, red-maned small female. We are far from Nar Shaddaa. And so are you.
1. Who are you?
Dezanti: I am Dezanti Zhug. You have heard of the Zhug family, yes? We are bounty hunters. Very effective, very famous.
Mira: And very dead, if you keep pointing those guns at us.
Dezanti: Quiet, small female. We shall speak at you with our weapons after we have taken this one from you.
1. You really think you can take on Mira? Good luck, she's a real bounty hunter. 2. Is the any way you could take care of the small female first?

Mira: Sweet talk isn't going to make me change my mind about you, Jedi. Mira: Watch it, cargo. Otherwise I might decide to split the bounty with the Zhugs.
Dezanti: I find your lack of manners distasteful. The small female is no threat to the Zhug family.

3. Dezanti? I've never heard of you.
Dezanti: Your ignorance is of no consequence, human. You will be educated shortly.
2. Why are you hunting me?
Dezanti: The Exchange has put a bounty on your head, human. A very profitable amount. My family has accepted the job.
3. I didn't start the space battle.
Dezanti: Your view is narrow, human. The battle was your responsibility, whether you admit it or not. In some sense we are doing you a favor. The reception you would receive on Onderon would be a cold one.
1. What do you mean?
Dezanti: You have caught the eye of someone very powerful on Onderon. And he wants you dead. But you do not need to worry about that now.
4. Can we make a deal? 5. There's no way I'm going to surrender to you.
Dezanti: We Zhugs are very good at making deals. But not when making a deal requires breaking another. This has gone on long enough. Brothers, shoot them - but try not to kill. Dezanti: Very well, then. The bounties are still quite large even if you are damaged and lifeless. Attack, my brothers!

If you reactivated either of the first two Remote Droids and engaged them in patrol mode, then they approached while you were talking and can now provide ranged support (although despite the precognition, you shouldn't need it).
