Map of Entertainment module

Residential Module 082 East[edit]

Residential 082 East's Shuttle Bay Elevator takes you to the top right corner of Entertainment Module 081. The walkway leaving the top left corner of the shuttle hall leads up to a sealed module door, which is locked.

Dobo Brothers' Emporium[edit]

The walkway leaving the bottom left corner of the shuttle hall leads down to the top end of the next hallway, where Dobo Brothers' Emporium is through the merchant door in its left wall, on your right as you go down.

Dendis Dobo[edit]

Dobo Brothers' Emporium is split in two by shelves, with a Duros named Dendis Dobo standing behind a counter on its bottom right side, to your left as you enter:

Dendis Dobo: Greetings. My name is Dendis, and if you wish to purchase or sell goods, you have come to the right place. Dendis Dobo: Welcome back. Is there something I can get for you?
1. Just let me shop. 2. I'll be going now.

Samhan Dobo[edit]

There's a Workbench in the top left corner of Dobo Brothers' Emporium, and Samhan Dobo stands behind a counter on the emporium's bottom left side. Save game before speaking to him, as most of his inventory is somewhat randomly selected the first time you do so:

Samhan Dobo: Welcome. You've made the right decision coming to me instead of my brother, Dendis. He has not quite grasped the ebb and flow of being a merchant. Samhan Dobo: Welcome back, how may Samhan Dobo assist you?
Dendis Dobo: Nonsense! I simply have principles.
Samhan Dobo: This is what I was referring to.
1. Just let me shop. 2. I'll be going now.

Cantina[edit]

A Cantina door is also in the hallway's left wall, below the Dobo Brothers' Emporium, where a Sullustan is confronted by two mercenaries:

Sullustan: Please - I don't want any trouble. It was an accident, I swear.
Mercenary: That didn't look like an accident to me or my associate here. It looked like you wanted to make a fool of him.
Dialog
Sullustan: No no, that wasn't the way it was. I did not mean to disturb your drinking, allow me to leave you and go on my way. I will trouble you no longer.
Mercenary: Not even an apology? That won't do at all.
1. What's going on here?
Mercenary: This Sullustan here had a few things to say about us that we didn't take to so well. We're just trying to work out our differences.
3. Easy enough. Just teach him a lesson. Dark Side Points Gained: -1
Mercenary: That was the plan, chief. Now why don't you run along - this doesn't involve you. Dark Side Points Gained: -3

They beat him up and leave him for dead. Otherwise:

Dialog
2. How do you plan on doing that?
Mercenary: The only way that he'll learn - a little physical reinforcement.
1. I'd like to hear his side of the story.
Sullustan: Oh, thank you! It's very simple. I was at the bar, enjoying my drink, when these brutes here elbowed their way up to the bar, spilling my beverage all over the two of us. Then they dragged me out here. Look at those two! I know what they want - to send me home with my limbs twisted, body battered and spirit broken. You must help me!
Mercenary: This doesn't have anything to do with you, stranger. Just move right along. Have a drink in the cantina.
1. That sounds like a good idea to me. Dark Side Points Gained: -3

If you move along, then they beat him up and leave him for dead. Otherwise:

2. I won't let you lay a hand on him. 3. I think you should leave now.
Dialog
Mercenary: Just my luck. Someone who wants to be a hero. Why don't you run along before you get hurt? Mercenary: Yeah, or what? You're going to teach me a lesson? Go ahead, I hate your kind anyways. Keep your nose in your own business.
2. Can't we talk about this?
Mercenary: Believe me. There's nothing to talk about.
1. There was no harm done. Here, I'll give you credits, just leave him alone.
Mercenary: You must be kidding me. 100 credits? Why don't you just run along and let us handle this.
4. You're right. I'll just be leaving now. Mercenary: Ha! Yeah, run along now. Dark Side Points Gained: -3

They beat him up and leave him for dead. Otherwise:

1. I don't want to fight you. Mercenary: Then you shouldn't have gotten involved. 3. You asked for it.

Sullustan: Oh, thank you! I was completely helpless. These mercenaries are too much! I wish something could be done about them.
1. Why are they allowed to do this?
Sullustan: The TSF isn't able to do much to keep the peace on the station. Czerka's hired too many mercenaries. Even Czerka can't control them. The Republic must do something about this, but it's anyone's guess as to whether or not they will.
1. You should leave in case their friends come looking for them.
Sullustan: You speak the truth. I will stay away from this cantina until things settle down. Please, accept this reward.
1. Thank you. 2. Keep your credits, a reward is not necessary.

Otherwise:

2. I assume there's some sort of reward for this?
Sullustan: Well, yes. Yes, a reward. Of course, you did save me from that rather tight spot. Here, 100 credits.

Sullustan: What? What do you mean?
1. I mean it's your turn now. 2. You'll have to come up with a good reason to let you go.
Sullustan: No, please! How can you do this? I have done nothing to you. Do you want credits? I will give you credits!
1. Give them to me now. Sullustan: Here! 200 credits. It is all I have. Just leave me alone, please.

Otherwise:

2. They'll be mine after I'm finished with you anyways. 2. On second thought, I think I'd like a bit of sport.

You can also check his remains if you let the mercenaries beat him up and leave him for dead, but killing him yourself is psychotic. While female and male TSF officers patrol the module, they don't intervene:

The TSF isn't cut out to handle all the problems on Citadel Station right now. We need Republic assistance.
A Republic ship was supposed to have arrived to take control of the situation here. I hope it's not too late, the problems are becoming too much for the TSF to handle. We've received some reports that the Miraluka colony of Katarr was destroyed, with no survivors.

A female Telosian stands by the windows in the right wall in the hallway's bottom corner:

The war has really inflated prices here in the Outer Rim. Medical supplies are in short supply and high demand. It's good that Czerka's arrival has created new jobs on the Station, but I can't say I'm happy about all the mercenaries they've hired. The restoration project was going well until this latest contract dispute happened. I wish the Council would settle it and let the work continue.

Information Terminal[edit]

The hallway continues to your right at its bottom corner. There's another Cantina door in the top wall at the hallway's left end, with an information terminal on its right side which can be used to download an area map, and transit to another module once you've used the information terminal there:

Dock Module 126[edit]

Beyond the cantina at the hallway's left end, there's also a ramp in its bottom wall up to the top right corner of the shuttle hall for Dock Module 126, where the shuttle door is in the bottom left corner and a male and female Telosian wait:

Czerka's mercenaries are getting out of hand and they're too much for the TSF to handle. We need Republic troops to restore order. I heard that a crime syndicate has worked its way into the operation of Citadel Station. Contract negotiations are breaking down between the Council, Ithorians and Czerka. Why doesn't the Republic do something?

TSF Station[edit]

The ramp in the top left corner of Dock Module 126's shuttle hall leads up to the right end of a hallway, where a male Telosian stands. The TSF station is through the doorway in the top wall to the left, where a male TSF officer stands in the bottom right corner. The TSF Armory in the right wall is locked, and there's a TSF protocol droid standing behind the counter on the left:

TSF Protocol Droid: Welcome to Entertainment Module 081's TSF station. How may I be of assistance?

Ebon Hawk: Stolen![edit]

1. Lt. Grenn said to come here to get the Ebon Hawk and the rest of my possessions out of impound.
Dialog
TSF Protocol Droid: I will call up the appropriate information now. One moment. Searching... One moment... I regret to inform you that the Ebon Hawk is gone. The TSF believes it was stolen and is currently investigating.
1. What do you mean, "gone?" 2. Stolen? How is that even possible? 3. Do you have any idea where it is?
TSF Protocol Droid: It seems the Ebon Hawk was transferred to Telos' surface instead of an impound dock. However, both the requester and the point of delivery are unknown. In addition, the vessel is not showing up at any government-sanctioned landing site. I would conjecture that it has been stolen and the TSF records have been illegally accessed and modified.
Atton: I knew it! That stupid T3 unit stole our ship! It's probably joyriding through the system right now, laughing at us... laughing at me.
Dialog
TSF Protocol Droid: That is unlikely. While your utility droid is not accounted for, numerous satellites track all incoming and outgoing vessels. There is no record of the Ebon Hawk leaving the system.
Atton: Wait. You're saying the ship's actually somewhere on Telos' surface? I don't understand. Telos' atmosphere is highly corrosive outside the shielded Restoration Zones. Where else could somebody land safely?
TSF Protocol Droid: I'm sorry, I'm afraid that's all the information I have for you. Of course, the quarters in Residential Module 082 will remain yours until the situation is resolved.
Journal Entry Added Ebon Hawk: Stolen
The Ebon Hawk has been stolen! Getting off Citadel Station will be impossible without recovering the Ebon Hawk or acquiring another ship.
3. What am I supposed to do now?
TSF Protocol Droid: I am not qualified to answer that question. However, it is unlikely that someone could steal a starship from under TSF observation without considerable backing. If your vessel has been stolen, there is a fair chance that the Exchange possesses relevant information. I do not know what else to suggest, beyond waiting in your quarters for further word.
Journal Entry Added Ebon Hawk: Stolen
The TSF protocol droid suggested that you contact the Exchange - an intergalactic criminal organization that has a small operation on the Citadel - in regard to your missing ship.
1. Tell me about the Exchange.
TSF Protocol Droid: The Exchange is a major intergalactic crime syndicate. They are trying to gain a foothold in the Citadel, most likely seeking to integrate themselves as fully as possible with the new Telos. It is rumored that the Bumani Exchange Corporation, located in Residential Module 082, is a front for the Exchange on Citadel Station.
Journal Entry Added Ebon Hawk: Stolen
The TSF protocol droid told you that the Bumani Exchange Corporation, located in Residential Module 082, is rumored to be an Exchange front. The TSF protocol droid suggested that you contact them in regard to your missing ship.
Dialog
1. Was there anything in the system about our ship?
TSF Protocol Droid: There was a query regarding the Ebon Hawk's ID signature sent from the Peragus mining facility. However, all data collected in response to the query has been deleted. It is likely that this information was removed when the vessel's transfer request was modified.
4. Isn't there anything more the TSF can do?
TSF Protocol Droid: Not beyond investigating the matter and extending our offer of free room and board.
5. How about I wait here until you get me another ship... before someone gets hurt.
TSF Protocol Droid: There is nothing I can do. I am sorry for what has happened, but the situation is beyond me. I cannot legally supply you with another vessel.
6. I'll be going now.
1. Any word on the Ebon Hawk? 2. Never mind.
TSF Protocol Droid: I regret to inform you that we still do not have any new information on the matter of your missing ship.

Ebon Hawk's I&D[edit]

2. Can I get my possessions back at least?
TSF Protocol Droid: Fortunately, your possessions were kept in the armory and were uncompromised. I will open the door for you so that you may retrieve them. You will find them in the security lockers.
Journal Entry Added Ebon Hawk's I&D
You visited the TSF station to get the Ebon Hawk out of impound... only to find it's been stolen. Your possessions were returned to you, however.
Experience Points (XP) Received:

TSF Comm Console: The information does appear to have been sliced, but you are unable to retrieve any useful information.

Once you've checked the status of nearby vessels, you can ask the TSF protocol droid the following:

2. Do you know why the Sojourn has been delayed?
TSF Protocol Droid: The Sojourn? I will access the system logs. One moment... Searching... It appears that the Sojourn was scheduled to arrive on Citadel Station at about the same time as the Harbinger. It is currently delayed on a search pattern. I am unable to provide you with an estimated time for its arrival.

Lieutenant Grenn[edit]

Lieutenant Grenn: Something I can help you with?
1. How will you recover from the destruction of the Peragus mining facility? 3. I'll be going now.
2. Do you have any work I could do?
Dialog
Lieutenant Grenn: Would you be interested in helping us by bringing in some bounties?
2. I'm not a bounty hunter.
Lieutenant Grenn: Not all the bounties are strictly bounties. They are all government sanctioned, and frequently involve finding missing persons or things of that nature.
2. I'm not interested.

Otherwise:

1. Tell me about the bounties.
Lieutenant Grenn: This isn't a bounty, so to speak, but we're looking for a man named Batono, who has been missing for some time. Also, two ruthless killers that we had managed to capture and hold here in the TSF station escaped and are currently at large. We're also looking for any information about the imposter Batu Rem.
2. I'd like to talk to you about the bounties. Lieutenant Grenn: What is it?
1. Tell me about Batono. 2. Tell me about the criminals. 3. Tell me about Batu Rem.

Batono Has Vanished[edit]

Lieutenant Grenn: Batono was the overseer of dock operations for Czerka, and was assisting us in uncovering the elusive black market smuggling operation that appears to be operating out of Citadel Station. A few weeks ago, he suddenly disappeared and hasn't been heard from since.
Dialog
1. Why do you need my help? This sounds like something the TSF should investigate.
Lieutenant Grenn: Well, er, that's the problem. Our investigation wasn't exactly government-sanctioned.
1. What do you mean? 2. So you need me to clean up your mess?
Lieutenant Grenn: I may have been specifically instructed not to pursue the matter. Lieutenant Grenn: If it makes you feel better, then fine, yes. I need you to clean up my mess. If the Council had kept us out of this business with Czerka in the first place, there wouldn't be any problems.
Lieutenant Grenn: But that's not important. The important thing is that Batono's gone missing, and I want to know what happened to him.
1. A little guilt on your conscience?
Lieutenant Grenn: Maybe there is, but that's not the point. The point is, I want to know what happened to him.
2. Do you have any leads? 2. Do you think Czerka did him in?
Lieutenant Grenn: Not much, other than what I've already told you, and the fact he was investigating Docking Bay 3. I spoke with some Czerka guards near the docking bay, but they didn't seem like they wanted to cooperate with a TSF officer. Maybe you'll have more luck. Lieutenant Grenn: I do believe they would be desperate to keep him from passing on his knowledge to the TSF, but I don't want to believe they would go that far. I don't think Czerka has gone that far yet. More than likely, they have him locked away somewhere. That, or he's gone into hiding.
3. I think I'd rather not get involved.
Lieutenant Grenn: Can't say I blame you, but we could use your help. An innocent man's life could be on the line here.

Otherwise:

1. I'll see what I can dig up. 2. I have some other questions about the bounties.
Lieutenant Grenn: Thank you. Keep me updated. Lieutenant Grenn: What is it?
Journal Entry Added TSF Bounty: Batono Has Vanished
Dol Grenn's friend, Batono, has vanished. Batono used to oversee Czerka docking operations and is needed to testify to the Telosian Council. Lt. Grenn thinks Czerka was involved... but the TSF can't prove anything. Grenn spoke to the CSD guard at the nearby Czerka docking bay, but wasn't able to learn anything.

Follow this trail to find Batono:

  1. Tell the Czerka officer guarding Docking Bay 3 you're looking for a man named Batono, and he points you to Czerka executive Jana Lorso.
  2. Asked if Batono's name means anything to her, Jana Lorso in Residential 082 East's Czerka offices can now tell you he often spent time in the company of Ithorians.
  3. Chodo Habat in Residential 082 West's Ithorian compound can now reveal the Ithorians hid Batono in Residential 082 East's Apartment C1.

Once you've found Batono and spoken to him, you can inform Jana Lorso, but if you don't kill him to silence him for her then you can protect him from the two mercenaries sent for him, and escort him back here:

Lieutenant Grenn: I have to hand it to you, I'm damned impressed. Not only did you find Batono, you convinced him to testify against Czerka to the Council. And believe me, that's no small feat, considering I think Batono is as stubborn as ever.
Dialog
Batono: You don't sound happy to see me, Grenn.
1. I hate to interrupt this reunion, but if there's nothing else, I should be going. 2. What about my reward?
Lieutenant Grenn: Of course, I'm sure you have other things to be doing. The bounty is yours for finding Batono, and a bonus for bringing him back, as well.
Batono: I don't have anything for you, but thanks for saving my life. I'll try and return the favor someday.
Journal Entry Added TSF Bounty: Batono Has Vanished
You safely escorted Batono to the TSF station.
Experience Points (XP) Received:
  • 200 Escorted Batono
Credits Received: 300 Light Side Points Gained: +2
I don't have anything for you, but thanks for saving my life. I'll try and return the favor someday.

Escaped Criminals[edit]

Lieutenant Grenn: They were spotted by security cameras in the docking area, and we quickly moved in to apprehend them. We captured them shortly after you were placed under house arrest. Some sort of electrical malfunction - a side effect of the false Batu Rem's attack - enabled them to escape. They overpowered their guards and escaped into the Citadel.
Dialog
3. I'd like to talk to you about another bounty. Lieutenant Grenn: What is it?

Otherwise:

2. Do you think someone was behind their escape?
Lieutenant Grenn: I can't imagine anyone would want the help of killers like them. Perhaps the Exchange, but they've never openly crossed us before.
1. What do you know about the criminals?
Lieutenant Grenn: There are two of them, a Rodian and a Devaronian. They're well-armed and obviously extremely dangerous. They haven't left the station, as far as we know.
1. I'll see what I can dig up. 2. I think I'd rather not get involved.
Lieutenant Grenn: All right. Just be careful, we've already lost two good officers to them. Lieutenant Grenn: Maybe that's for the best. These aren't your run-of-the-mill thugs - they're trained, deadly killers.
Journal Entry Added TSF Bounty: Escaped Criminals
You have agreed to help TSF Lieutenant Dol Grenn track down two escaped criminals - a Rodian and a Devaronian.

Now when you approach Jana Lorso in Residential 082 East's Czerka offices, the Escaped Criminals will be meeting her and you can return here to report it:

2. I have some information about the escaped criminals.
Dialog
Lieutenant Grenn: What have you discovered?
3. What's this information worth to you?
Lieutenant Grenn: There is a bounty on the escapees. If you provide us with information pertinent to their capture, you'd be rewarded whenever they were returned to our custody.
3. Is that all? In that case, never mind.
Lieutenant Grenn: Suit yourself. But if you have information about where they are and don't come forward, one could consider that sheltering a known criminal.
1. And what, you'd throw me in a force cage? You don't seem to have much luck with that lately.
Lieutenant Grenn: Get out of here before you see just how my luck's going.

Otherwise:

2. They've escaped Citadel Station. Lieutenant Grenn: What! How?
1. The criminals made a deal with Jana Lorso to be smuggled to the restoration zones. 2. Lorso hired them as contract employees in the restoration zones.
Lieutenant Grenn: Damn that woman. Do you have any proof?
2. Is my word no good? 3. I was there when it happened. 4. Are you trying to cheat me out of my credits?
Lieutenant Grenn: I wish that were enough. To finger Czerka, we need hard proof. As far as the killers go, we need them dead or alive. Our jurisdiction doesn't stretch out to the restoration zones. Lieutenant Grenn: No, but if you don't have any hard proof, the Council won't listen. I believe you. That Lorso woman is up to no good. She's got her hands mixed into all the shady dealings of the station, but she's too good at covering her tracks.
Lieutenant Grenn: If you find anything else out, let me know.

You can say you killed them and claim the reward, even before you encounter the Escaped Criminals in the restoration zone and make it true:

1. I killed them.
Dialog
Lieutenant Grenn: I see. And where and when did you kill them?
1. After I overheard the deal they made with Lorso in the Czerka offices, I confronted them. When they tried to run, I chased them down and killed them. 2. I followed them to the restoration zones, where they were on duty as Czerka security, and killed them.
Lieutenant Grenn: That fits with what we gathered from witnesses and the few security recordings we could find. Though I'm embarrassed we let the criminals escape, I'm glad you found them. Lieutenant Grenn: I see. Well, you've certainly earned the bounty on those two dangerous criminals.
Lieutenant Grenn: Here it is. I think you'll find the amount more than adequate. The TSF once again thanks you for your cooperation.
Journal Entry Added TSF Bounty: Escaped Criminals
You informed Lieutenant Dol Grenn about the fate of the escaped criminals.
Credits Received: 200

False Batu[edit]

Lieutenant Grenn: You mean the assassin who tried to kill you, right? The real Batu Rem is one of us, and he's off the station on leave. I hope Batu's okay, though I'm expecting the worst. Shame, he was a good kid.
Dialog
2. Are you sure that wasn't the real Batu Rem?
Lieutenant Grenn: Positive. They were about the same size and build, and he had done a good job of disguising himself, but he definitely was not Batu.
1. Is there any way to find out about the killer's movements on the station?
Lieutenant Grenn: Yes. We looked into it and found that he arrived via a tramp freighter in docking bay three. Unfortunately, the cargo and passenger manifest, as well as departure location, was not disclosed to us. That's all the information I have for you.
1. I'll see what I can dig up. 2. I'd rather not get involved.
Lieutenant Grenn: If you find anything about the real Batu Rem, we'd like to know if he's safe. Lieutenant Grenn: You're already involved. Turning a blind eye won't keep it from happening again.
Journal Entry Added False Batu: Bonus Mission
Lieutenant Grenn informed you that the assassin disguised as Batu Rem arrived on Citadel Station via Docking Bay 3.

Once you or Kreia have persuaded and paid the Duros at Docking Bay 3 to reveal information, you can return here to report it and claim the reward:

1. I found some information about Batu Rem. Lt Grenn: The real Batu Rem or the assassin Batu Rem?
Dialog
2. The real Batu Rem.
Lieutenant Grenn: Really? Did you find him?
1. Batu Rem is an officer of the TSF stationed in the TSF office in Entertainment 081.
Lieutenant Grenn: Very funny. Did you just come in here to waste time and crack jokes?
1. That was more or less the idea.
Lieutenant Grenn: I don't have time for this. If you don't have anything else to report, leave me alone.
1. The assassin Batu Rem. 2. Actually, I have information about the assassin Batu Rem.
Lieutenant Grenn: Well, what is it?
1. He arrived from Nar Shaddaa aboard an unmarked transport in Docking Bay 3.
Lieutenant Grenn: Docking Bay 3? More suspicious activity from Czerka's private dock. If only we had something more concrete, I could launch a full-scale investigation. But Nar Shaddaa? Sounds like you've made some powerful enemies. Here's the reward for the information, and if you find out anything else about Batu - real or fake - let me know.
Journal Entry Added False Batu: Bonus Mission
You told Lieutenant Grenn what you found out about the assassin disguised as Batu Rem.

Suspicious Goods[edit]

Once you deliver the replacement Restoration Droid, defeat the band of mysterious attackers and are given the Modified Hold Out Blaster by the Ithorian, if you show this to Samhan Dobo before Lieutenant Grenn:

Journal Entry Added Suspicious Goods
You discovered that Samhan Dobo is smuggling goods on Citadel Station. You decided to assist him.

Otherwise, if you show it to Grenn first:

1. I have a blaster I'd like you to look at.
Dialog
Lieutenant Grenn: A blaster? Hm. I don't see why not. Lieutenant Grenn: What? Where did you get this?
1. I was ambushed by thugs in a dock module. One of the attackers was carrying this. 2. I found this in one of the dock modules.
Lieutenant Grenn: Hmm... interesting. This is no ordinary hold out blaster. It's been outfitted with a number of illegal modifications. You say you found this at the docks? That is disturbing news...
1. Why is that? 2. Disturbing? There are plenty of armed people on Citadel Station.
Lieutenant Grenn: Yes, that is true, but a weapon with these black market additions should not be available on the Station.
Lieutenant Grenn: When off-world weapons are transported onto Citadel Station, whether they are personal arms or shipments to be resold, they are inspected and licensed by the TSF. This confirms my fear that there is a source of black market weapons and components here on the Station. I could use your help getting to the bottom of it.
2. You've found more evidence previously?
Lieutenant Grenn: We have found a number of blasters similar to this one, as well as a crate of contraband weapons upgrades.
1. Perhaps I could help you find the source of these goods.
Lieutenant Grenn: A relative stranger as yourself might be useful for the investigation. You'd be compensated, of course.
2. I'd rather not get involved. Lieutenant Grenn: I see. If you find another of these, please let me know.
Journal Entry Added Suspicious Goods
Lieutenant Grenn would like you to gather more information about the illegal blaster.
1. I'll see what I can do. 1. I decided I'd like to help you uncover the smuggling operation.
Dialog
Lieutenant Grenn: Great. The first thing I would suggest is showing the blaster around... discreetly. See if anyone on the Station knows something about it, or at least reacts suspiciously. There's more than a few people around here I'd suspect having a hand in this. Anyways, good luck. Let me know if you find the source of the blaster.
Journal Entry Added Suspicious Goods
You have agreed to help Lieutenant Grenn find the source of the black market goods on Citadel Station.

Smuggling on Citadel Station[edit]

Journal Entry Added Smuggling on Citadel Station
Lieutenant Grenn wants you to see if anyone on Citadel Station knows about the black market blaster you found.

If you deliver the replacement Restoration Droid to the Ithorians, then you can ask Chodo Habat and Moza about this blaster:

Chodo Habat and Moza
1. I found this blaster on one of the assailants. 2. I found this blaster on one of the assailants in the docking bay.
Chodo Habat: I'm sorry, I am not familiar with this sort of thing. Perhaps you should take it to Lieutenant Grenn, he may be of more help.
3. Is there anything you can tell me about this weapon?
Moza: I'm sorry, but I cannot help you. I have little knowledge of these things.

Regardless of who took delivery of the droid, you can ask B-4D4 in Residential 082 East's Czerka Offices, Luxa in Entertainment 081's Cantina and Dendis Dobo in Entertaiment 081's Dobo Brothers' Emporium:

B-4D4
2. Is this blaster of Czerka make?
B-4D4: If you will allow me to look at it... Yes, this is indeed a Czerka-manufactured hold out blaster.
1. Why would a Czerka weapon be in the hands of an assassin?
B-4D4: Czerka Corporation is the galaxy's leading weapons producer. A blaster of this model is quite common. However, it does seem to have some nonstandard modifications. I'm sorry, but that's all I can tell you.
Journal Entry Added Smuggling on Citadel Station
You spoke with B-4D4 about the black market blaster. He confirmed that it is of Czerka make, but also mentioned that the model is very common throughout the galaxy.
Luxa
2. Can you tell me anything about this blaster?
Luxa: Hand it over and let me take a look at it. Hmm. Can't say I recognize it. It's good work though, whoever fixed it up knew what they were doing. It's certainly not mine, I can tell you that.
Journal Entry Added Smuggling on Citadel Station
You spoke with Luxa about the black market blaster. She doesn't think it belongs to any members of the Exchange.
Dendis Dobo
1. Can you tell me anything about this blaster?
Dendis Dobo: I do not specialize in the sale of such things. It appears to be in good condition, though I wouldn't know the going price. I suspect it has been modified, but illegal weapons are not my area of expertise. My brother deals with unsavory sorts, if anyone knows about it, it'd be him. Just don't let him sell you anything.
Samhan Dobo: It's just a few shelves, Dendis. I can hear you quite clearly!
Journal Entry Added Smuggling on Citadel Station
You spoke with Dendis Dobo about the black market blaster. He says he never sold it, but that his brother might know more.

His brother Samhan Dobo definitely knows more:

1. What can you tell me about this blaster?
Dialog
Samhan Dobo: Give it here and let me take a look at it. Yes, that's very interesting. Very good craftsmanship. But no, I can't tell you anything about it other than that it is a hold out blaster. Upgraded.
1. I think there's something you're not telling me.
Samhan Dobo: And why would this be of interest to you?
2. I'm trying to track down the source of the black market goods.
Samhan Dobo: You listen too much to the TSF Lieutenant, I think. Grenn is convinced of some great smuggling ring that has infested Citadel Station. But as I asked you before, why would this be of interest to you?
3. I want to know who sold the weapon I was attacked with.
Samhan Dobo: I will admit that I sold it, but I sell a great many things. You cannot hold it against me for doing business, can you?
1. Perhaps you should be more careful about who your weapons are purchased by.
Samhan Dobo: Oh, believe me, if I could, I would. But you must understand the reality, as careful as I could try to be, they could still fall into the wrong hands.
Dendis Dobo: As though you cared, Samhan! Those thugs and scoundrels pay very well for you to look the other way.
Samhan Dobo: Ignore my brother, he is merely jealous that his current financial situation is... less than successful.
Dendis Dobo: At least, I can sleep at night!
Samhan Dobo: Now, what can I do for you?
2. I heard that there is a healthy trade in black market goods on the Citadel, I'd like to get involved. 2. Do you know anything about the smuggling operation on the Station?
Samhan Dobo: Indeed? Then we should talk, for I have what you might call a certain interest in this business. Samhan Dobo: I know that it is an extremely lucrative arrangement. You might say my knowledge is... first hand.
1. Are you an idiot? You just incriminated yourself. I'll report you to the TSF.
Samhan Dobo: Oh, come now, you don't think me that foolish, do you? You have no real evidence, and without it, Czerka's money is more than enough to keep the TSF out of my business.
2. We'll see about that. Samhan Dobo: Yes, you run along and chat with Lieutenant Grenn.

Otherwise:

1. How is Czerka involved?
Samhan Dobo: Because the TSF is barred from monitoring activity in Czerka's private docking bay, I reached a generous agreement with Lorso for its use.
4. I'll be going now.
Journal Entry Added Smuggling on Citadel Station
You spoke with Samhan Dobo about the black market blaster. He revealed that he runs the smuggling operation on Citadel Station.
Experience Points (XP) Received:
  • 50 Samhan Dobo runs smuggling

You can report this to Lieutenant Grenn:

1. Samhan Dobo is the source of the black market goods on Citadel Station.
Dialog
Lieutenant Grenn: I'm not surprised to hear that. We've been very curious about his business arrangements, but have had trouble getting any real evidence. Samhan's no fool. He knows just how far he can go, and he stays a hair's breadth within those lines. But he seems to trust you. Maybe we can use that to our advantage.
4. I'd rather not get involved.
Lieutenant Grenn: I was afraid you'd say that. Well, thanks anyways, we'll try to make something of the information you've given us. If you change your mind, it won't be too late.

Otherwise, or if you change your mind:

1. What did you have in mind? 2. Why don't you just seize his possessions and place him under arrest? 3. If you want me to get involved, it'll cost you.
1. How can I help you stop the smuggling ring? Lieutenant Grenn: I wish it were that easy. The Telosian Council is loathe to get in Czerka's bad graces, and we've been explicitly instructed to only move if we have significant, solid evidence. Lieutenant Grenn: Right. I suppose it would be too much to expect you to work without pay. Yes, don't worry, you'll be paid for your service.
Lieutenant Grenn: If we could catch Samhan in the act, we could arrest him and have more than enough evidence to have him put on trial. But it's catching him in the act that's the problem. If you could convince him to trust you, we could hit him right in the middle of a transaction.
1. Is there anything else I should know? 2. I'll go see how I can help him, then.
Lieutenant Grenn: Just see what he wants you to do. We'll have to play it by ear from there. Good luck.
Journal Entry Added Smuggling on Citadel Station
Lieutenant Grenn has asked you to convince Samhan Dobo to accept you into his employ.
Experience Points (XP) Received:
  • 50 Agreed to help stop smuggling

If you agree to work for Samhan:

2. I'd like to help you with your smuggling operation. 1. I've decided I want to work for you.
Dialog
Samhan Dobo: I see. It's gotten more difficult to operate of late, and I could always use the help.
3. I expect the pay is good.
Samhan Dobo: I pay extremely well, given the dangerous nature of the work. That is, as long as you do remember to carry out your tasks discreetly and effectively.
1. What can I do for you?
Samhan Dobo: Basically, there are three items I need to fill out my next shipment - leaves from the bachani plant from the Ithorians' vivarium, a personal shield unit being kept in their docking bay, and medical supplies from the medical unit in Residential 082. But for starters, I need the bachani plant sample. I'll try to find more about where the other two are being held while you get the leaves. Have you been to the Ithorian compound in the Residential module?
1. Yes, I've been there. 2. No, I haven't. 3. Why do you ask?
Samhan Dobo: Then you must already know about their vivarium, where they cultivate the flora they import from other systems to be transplanted on the surface. Samhan Dobo: In their compound, the Ithorians have a vivarium which contains examples of all the plant specimens they grow on the planet's surface.
Samhan Dobo: The Ithorians are mostly concerned with the various plant species in relation to cultivating the surface of Telos. What they don't know is that a few of their plant specimens have... other uses.
1. Other uses?
Samhan Dobo: Indeed. There are buyers that would be willing to pay large sums of credits for extracts from them, restricted imports and exports by the Republic because of their other uses. Because of their status with the Republic, the Ithorians are able to bypass these regulations, which presents me - us - with a unique opportunity.
1. So I just need to walk in there and take a plant? 3. What is it you need?
2. All this trouble for a few potted plants? Samhan Dobo: I need you to get a few leaves of a particular specimen - the bachani plant. Just a few leaves, mind you, is all I need. No reason taking more than is necessary. If the Ithorians don't notice it missing, we could have a replenishable supply of it.
Samhan Dobo: Not even a whole one. Just a few leaves of a particular specimen - the bachani plant.
Samhan Dobo: The Ithorians are extremely protective of their plants, though, so don't expect they'll just let you take it. After all, if it were that easy, I wouldn't need you to do it for me, would I?
1. What should I do then? 2. Do you have any suggestions?
Samhan Dobo: You should be careful. I'll leave it to you to figure out the best way to get the leaves.
3. I'd rather not get involved.
Samhan Dobo: Think about it. The offer will still be on the table - that is, unless someone fills my need first.

Samhan Dobo gave you a list of items he is seeking.
Experience Points (XP) Received:

If you deliver a sample of the bachani plant to Samhan Dobo:

Journal Entry Added Smuggling on Citadel Station
You decided to help Samhan Dobo with his smuggling operation.

Otherwise, you can take this list to Lieutenant Grenn:

1. Samhan wants me to get three things for him, then he'll make a shipment.
Dialog
Lieutenant Grenn: If we knew when he was going to make a shipment, then we could catch him. What are the three things he needs?
1. Leaves from the Ithorians' bachani plant, their prototype shield unit, and medical supplies.
Lieutenant Grenn: All that? If that's the size and substance of his usual shipments, it helps explain quite a bit. It will take some time for me to assemble those.
Lieutenant Grenn: All right, everything's here. Take these to Samhan. After that, come back to me and tell me the exchange has been made, and I'll go to the dock module to wait for him. If he won't let you leave until the transaction is completed, go with him. I'll post one of my men near the docking bay, and if he spots you, he'll summon me. Understood?
1. I understand. Just make sure you're there. 2. Sounds pretty dangerous. Just remember that when it's time for my fee. 3. We'll just see what happens.
Lieutenant Grenn: I'll be there, don't worry. You just make sure you get him to the docking bay. We have to catch him in the act. Lieutenant Grenn: Don't worry about that, just worry about getting the job done. If you do, I'll make sure that you're rewarded in full. Lieutenant Grenn: Don't think about crossing me. If you do, Samhan might not end up in a force cage, but I assure you I'll find you much, much worse.
Journal Entry Added Smuggling on Citadel Station
Lieutenant Grenn supplied you with the items Samhan was seeking.
Experience Points (XP) Received:
  • 50 Supplied with items sought
Item(s) Received Lieutenant Grenn
  • Secured Goods Case
A locked case of goods supplied by Lt. Grenn to be delivered to Samhan Dobo.

You can now deliver the secured goods case to Samhan:

1. I've got the items you were looking for.
Dialog
Samhan Dobo: Incredible! This is quite a windfall. I wish I had employed your services earlier. With all of this, I'll be able to have the shipment ready to go before the next Czerka freighter arrives. If you could, would you escort me to the Czerka docking bay? I don't wish to take any chances.
2. I have some preparations to make first. Samhan Dobo: Don't be too long. I'll be waiting.
1. Sure. When do we leave? 1. I'll escort you to the docking bay now.
Samhan Dobo: No point in wasting time. Let's go.

When you return to Entertainment 081's TSF station, Samhan is put in one of the force cages:

Samhan Dobo: This is a foolish error you have made, Lieutenant Grenn. You cannot hope to keep me here.
Lieutenant Grenn: I think you may be overconfident of your chances, Samhan. We now have evidence of your smuggling operation, and even the Council cannot ignore that. Again, I have you to thank. Without your assistance, it would have been impossible for us to place Samhan under arrest.
Light Side Points Gained: +4
1. It was necessary to remove this criminal. 3. I think it would have been easier just to kill him.
Dark Side Points Gained: -1
Dialog
Lieutenant Grenn: Now we can be certain he will be removed. I believe a long sentence awaits him, and the Citadel will be rid of his influence for good. Though there is always the possibility another will take his place. Lieutenant Grenn: That as it may be, it is not our way. A planet of laws cannot resort to such barbarism. Criminals like Samhan are to be given trials, and their fates decided in that manner.
2. If you want to thank me, credits will do fine.
Lieutenant Grenn: I promised to pay you handsomely for your assistance, and I'll keep my word. Now, I must attend to my other duties. Again, thank you for your help.

You look smug now, with me in this cage, but I assure you, making me your enemy will be your last mistake.

The next time you speak to his brother Dendis, he gives you a 10% discount on anything in his inventory, and you can now sell your items for 65% of their base cost (10% more than the standard 55%):

Dendis Dobo: Samhan is my brother but I am happy to see that he has gotten what he deserved. In appreciation, allow me to give you a discount on anything in my inventory.
1. Thank you. Let me see what you have.

3. I'll be back when I have them. Samhan Dobo: Excellent.

Samhan Dobo, a merchant in Entertainment 081, wants you to acquire leaves from the bachani plant in the Ithorian Compound in Residential Module 082 West.

If you continue investigating Smuggling on Citadel Station for Lieutenant Grenn, then once you give him the list of items Samhan Dobo seeks, he gives you a secured goods case and you deliver it to Samhan:

Journal Entry Added Smuggling
You delivered the supplies Samhan Dobo requested.

Otherwise, once you've retrieved a sample of the bachani plant from the Vivarium in Residential 082 West's Ithorian compound:

1. I have the bachani plant sample from the Ithorians.
Dialog
Samhan Dobo: Excellent! Indeed, this is a very good sample. I will be able to derive a sizable profit from its sale.
Dendis Dobo: Despicable! Can you not at least try to conduct your business out of my hearing? You have no shame.
Samhan Dobo: You see the prattling jealousy I must put up with? If he were not my brother, I would have put him out of business long ago. Enough of that, however. This bachani sample is excellent. Allow me to pay you 300 credits for your services. I will also give you access to purchase some of the special reserve items I trade in.
1. How will you get the sample off the station?
Samhan Dobo: Simple enough. When I have a full shipment of goods ready to be delivered, I place it aboard one of Czerka's shuttles. One of my contacts accepts the cargo at its destination and finds buyers.

Samhan Dobo
Buy Item Cost Amount Buy Item Cost Amount
Sith Battle Suit 1300 1 Moderate Devaronian Edge 400 1
Disruptor Rifle 2535 1 Crippling Scope Mark I 250 1
Exchange Shadow Caster 1100 1
2. Do you have more work for me? 1. You mentioned you had some more work for me.
Dialog
Samhan Dobo: Considering your success in obtaining the bachani leaves, I think you can expect quite a bit of work from me in the future, if you want it.
1. What do you have for me?
Samhan Dobo: The Ithorians maintain the docking bay adjacent to Czerka. I was recently told that they had received a prototype personal shield generator. The Ithorians use them when working outside of the shielded restoration zones. This latest batch they've received takes advantage of a new, advanced shield technology that I could easily find buyers for.
1. What do you have for me? 2. As long as I will be well paid.
Samhan Dobo: No one has been able to gain access to the Ithorian's docking bay yet, so if you can manage it, I'd be rather impressed - and willing to pay handsomely.
1. I'll be back with the shield.
Journal Entry Added Smuggling
Samhan Dobo would like you to take the prototype shield unit from the Ithorian docking bay.

Once you've retrieved the prototype shield unit from the security locker in Docking Bay 2's storage:

1. I have the prototype shield unit.
Dialog
Samhan Dobo: No, that cannot be. You should not toy with my expectations in that manner. But indeed, you are telling the truth. Simply amazing - you are the first of the many who tried to obtain this to actually succeed. I see I was right in asking you to procure it for me. What would be a fair price for this service? 600 credits? No, 900 is much more reasonable, and credits well spent.
1. What will you do if the TSF starts asking questions?
Samhan Dobo: The TSF is always asking questions. Those do not worry me. For the TSF, the problem has always been one of evidence. While Grenn is convinced he knows of my operation, he has yet to obtain hard proof of it, and thus his efforts to have me arrested are stymied.

2. Do you have more work for me? 1. You mentioned you had some more work for me.
Dialog
Samhan Dobo: When my business flows as briskly as it has with your assistance, there will always be work for you. Because of the war and the toll it exacted on the Outer Rim, medical supplies are at a premium here on Telos and in neighboring star systems. Telos has received an allotment of medical supplies at least equal to those of more inhabited planets, which is surprising. Many of the goods - kolto, medpacs, and more lie unutilized. These goods could be sold to planets where their need is great, and their value is high. For this, I would like you to retrieve the supplies from the medical unit in Residential 082 West.
1. I'll be back with them.

Samhan Dobo would like you to procure the medical supplies from the medical unit in Residential Module 082 West.

Once you've retrieved the medical supplies from Residential 082 West's Medical Facility:

1. I have the medical supplies.
Dialog
Samhan Dobo: It would be a shame to let these supplies go to waste when the need for them is so much greater elsewhere. Not to mention the shame of such an opportunity for profit passing by.
Dendis Dobo: Say no more, thief! It is bad enough that you derive all your profit from theft, but now you steal supplies needed to save lives.
Samhan Dobo: Cease your whining, Dendis. You call me a thief, but what I am is a person of the highest order. Victims of the war lay dying when the extra supplies of Telos could be used to save them. I, for one, am not so heartless to turn a blind eye and deaf ear to their plight. Of course, such noble work deserves noble rewards. Here - 1,000 credits, and the knowledge that lives will be saved with these.
Dendis Dobo: I cannot believe I am hearing this!

He may irritate me with his incessant complaints, but he is still my brother, and I would feel a little sad if he were gone. Though there is something else you could do for me. With all the goods that you have brought in, I'll be able to make a shipment when the next Czerka freighter comes in today.
Samhan Dobo: If you could, I would like you to escort me to the Czerka docking bay, as an extra precaution.
3. I'm not interested. Samhan Dobo: If you change your mind, I'll be here.
1. Sure. When do we leave? 1. I'll escort you to the docking bay now.
Samhan Dobo: Right now, if you like. I have everything ready to go. Samhan Dobo: I'm ready to leave now, if you're ready.

Samhan Dobo: I will have to suspend my acquisitions for a short while as this blows over. Unfortunately, that means I won't have any work for you for a while.
1. I still expect to be paid for escorting you. 2. That's fine. I should lay low as well. 3. I thought you had nothing to fear from the TSF.
Samhan Dobo: Of course. What happened was not your fault, and you saved my life, and possibly my business. Samhan Dobo: That is my recommendation to you. In the interim, I will attempt to find more buyers and strengthen my current relationships. Samhan Dobo: I don't, however sometimes it is still a good idea to step lightly. Suspicious behavior will no doubt be more rigorously investigated in light of the deaths of three TSF officers.
Samhan Dobo: Here, this is as much as I can spare you in payment in light of what has happened - it is not much, but I can also offer you a discount on what I have for sale. I ask that you keep your visits scarce, however. It would be best if we are not frequently seen in each other's company.

New Fuel Source[edit]

Lieutenant Grenn: To be honest with you, I just don't know. We desperately rely on the fuel to keep Citadel Station running. If we can't find a new fuel source soon, we'll be in bad shape.
Dialog
1. How bad?
Lieutenant Grenn: There's enough fuel in the reserves to keep Citadel Station from falling out of orbit, and for managing the restoration project, but not much more than that.
1. Can't the Republic increase funding for the Station?
Lieutenant Grenn: If only it were that easy. The Republic's tight on credits right now, still recovering from the war. They're sparing all they can, but it's not enough. We relied almost completely on Peragus for our fuel. It's hard to make up for a planet's worth of fuel exports.
2. Is there anything that can be done?
Lieutenant Grenn: Absolutely. We need to find a new fuel service, sign contracts, make agreements. A soldier like me's not good at that sort of thing.
3. Doesn't sound like my sort of thing either.
Lieutenant Grenn: I don't blame you, but I hope someone can find a solution.

Otherwise:

1. If I can help, I'd like to. 2. I'll keep my eyes out, if there's some sort of finder's fee.
Lieutenant Grenn: You? You've got enough trouble, I think. And this is all your fault anyway! Lieutenant Grenn: Tell you what. You find fuel contracts for Citadel Station and I'll be sure to pay you for it. Soldier's honor.
1. Still think I'm to blame? 1. Better get those credits ready.
Lieutenant Grenn: Look it doesn't matter what I think. But sure, if you find someone with a load of fuel on their hand they'd like to sell to us, let me know. Lieutenant Grenn: I'll be waiting.
Journal Entry Added New Fuel Source
Lieutenant Dol Grenn of the Telos Security Force has told you about the precarious fuel situation for Citadel Station following the destruction of the Peragus Mining Facility. If a new source for fuel could be found, he would definitely be interested.

Once the Ebon Hawk is returned to you, you can travel to Nar Shaddaa and speak to Vogga the Hutt in his enclave on the docks there then, once you've dealt with Goto, Vogga provides a New Fuel Source and completes this quest. You don't need to return to Lieutenant Grenn, but if you do:

Lieutenant Grenn: So you've returned.
Dialog
1. That's it? Aren't you going to put me under arrest?
Lieutenant Grenn: While I was disturbed that you chose to defy our orders and obtain transport off Citadel Station, the matter has since been closed. It was the decision of Republic authorities that your testimony would no longer be necessary, and thus you'd be allowed to go. But, as we discovered, you had already left. In some ways, it was lucky for us - avoiding a possibly embarrassing situation.
1. Why would the Republic change their minds like that?
Lieutenant Grenn: Why does the Republic do anything? The head doesn't know what the feet are doing, the hands don't even know they've got fingers, let alone where they are. My opinion - they probably performed their independent investigation and figured it wasn't your fault. Anyways, you should just be glad I decided to overlook the fact you escaped arrest.
1. Well, thanks for that. 2. You should really improve your security arrangements.
Lieutenant Grenn: Yeah, yeah. And if there's nothing else, I've got a job to do.
