Dressers all have the same interaction. The only difference is in the Environment score they give.
Sims can Change Outfit. The different categories are Everyday, Formal, Underwear, Nightwear, and Swimwear.
Sims can also Plan Outfit. Per outfit category, you can see what outfits your Sim owns, including default outfits and outfits that your Sim has bought.
Sims can also Dress for Work, which changes your Sim into the clothes they wear to work.
