The Sims 2/Walkthrough

While The Sims 2 is an open-ended game, some of the pre-created houses have events waiting to happen. These are designed to introduce players to new concepts in The Sims 2. This article will explain the events made to happen in The Sims 2.

Pleasantview

Lothario family

1. Phone Nina Caliente using Don Lothario and invite her over. She will accept. Before she comes, clean up the house and hire a maid.
2. Coax Nina into the hot tub and perform WooHoo with her. If you have hired a maid, there's a chance that Don will be caught cheating.
3. Have lunch and say goodbye to Nina if she hadn't left already.
4. Phone Dina Caliente. Invite her over. Do not say yes if she asks to bring a friend. Coax her into the hot tub and perform WooHoo with her.

Goth Family

1. Kiss Don using Cassandra. If you want perform other romantic socials.
2. Click on the wedding arch and select Get Married. Don will most likely reject putting Cassandra into aspiration failure. The Sim Shrink will come and help Cassandra's aspiration. If you remain on the lot till night, you may see a lot of ghosts. Choosing to 'Make Out' with Don before choosing to marry them will make Don accept the marriage.

Caliente Family

1. Have Dina greet Mortimer Goth. Then have her propose engagement.
2. Get Dina married to Mortimer Goth. It doesn't matter which family members move in with him,
3. Select Nina and click on the newspaper. Select Find Own Place. Nina then moves out.

Broke Family

1. Select Brandi the click on her toddler, Beau. Select Teach to Walk
2. Select another training interaction for Beau. This is interupted by their needs.
3. Select Dustin when he comes home from school. He gets lectured if Brandi isn't sleeping. He also brings Angela from school.
4. Click on Angela and select Kiss...First Kiss
5. Complete Beau's training if not already completed. At 6:00 buy a birthday cake and make Beau grow up
6. If you play for a few days, Brandi will give birth to a baby

Dreamer Family

1. Send Darren upstairs. Click on the easel and select Paint
2. When he completes the painting, sell it.
3. Repeat the process. When needs start to get low fuffil them.
4. When the painting is finished, sell it and pay the bills.

Pleasant Family

1. Select Daniel. The rest of the family leaves the house for work and school.
2. At 10 the maid arrives. When she finishes, she asks to stay. Select yes. Relax on the bed and ask her to join.
3. About this time, a chance card will come up. If you try to answer it will always have a bad outcome. This will result in her coming home. During this time, have Daniel WooHoo with the maid. He will get caught cheating by his wife. If done after 1:00 the teenagers will catch him as well.

Strangetown

Curious Family

1. Select Vidcund and make him stargaze with the rooftop telescopes. He will be abducted by aliens.
2. A few hours later he comes back. He is pregnant.
3. Pascal will now deliver an alien baby. Baby supplies are already in the house. Hire a nanny if you like.
4. A few days later Vidcund will deliver an alien baby as well.

Specter Family

1. Select Olive and click on the phone. Make her retire.
2. Select Ophelia and raise her relationship with Olive. Then ask for permission to go out.
3. A few days later Olive Scepter passes away. Do your best to keep her aspiration high during this time.

Beaker Family

1. Make sure Circe gets to the carpool
2. Nervous stuffs his face at the fridge. This causes the roaches to come out. Nervous then goes into aspirational faliure. The Sim Shrink will then come and raise his aspiration a bit.
3. When Nervous is okay, hire an exterminator. Then call Pascal Curious and chat with him
4. When Circe comes home, she will have been promoted.

Smith Family

1. Initiate a birthday party for Johnny Smith
2. Do everything neccassary to make the parrty successful. Tank Grunt will gatecrash the party as well.
3. Have Johnny grow up. Birthday Parties require this event for them to be successful.

Grunt Family

1. Have Tank find a job in the Military Career.
2. During the day, fill needs and have Buzz train the kids with the outdoor obstacle course.
3. The next day, Tank goes to school and comes home with an A+

Veronaville

Capp Family

1. Have Julitte propose Go Steady with Romeo. Consort might lecture him causing him to leave
2. That night you might experience a lot of ghosts.

Monty Family

1. Select Romeo and call Juliette and invite her over. She will bring Tybalt with her.
2. When she arrives, Make Out with her.
3. Mercutio will then react. He will insult Juliette and attack Tybalt. He loses the fight. Tybalt will leave the lot

Summerdream Family

1. Have Puck have a first kiss with Hermia. He then becomes a target of jealously.
2. Have Oberon propose engagement with Titania. She accepts. Then click on the wedding arch and get them married.
