The Sims 2: Nightlife comes with several activities. Profiled below are the dance sphere, the card table and the bowling alleys.
Exercise
ElectroDance Sphere by LimIntense Unlimited
- Price: $3500
- Initial Depreciation: $525
- Daily Depreciation: $350
- Depreciation Limit: $1400

Interactions:
- Spin: Chooses difficulty (Easy, Medium or High) and gets in the dance sphere. Body skill dictates the chance of getting ejected from the sphere. After using the sphere theres a chance the sim will vomit. This chance is increased if they were thrown out of the sphere.
- Watch: Sims watch and may boo or cheer the dancing sphere. The reaction is also decided on whether they're spinning at a level appropiate for the sphere.

The card table needs chairs around it to be interacted with. When you place chairs next to the table, the chair automatically faces the table. When you move the table, the chairs are moved with the object. Interactions:
- Play: Sims play cards. Playing costs $100. If the sim is playing alone, they will be refunded after the game. If playing against a sim, they play a normal game of poker. After the game, the sim will collect whatever he or she won during the game. Playing is autonomous.
- Watch: Sims watch and boo or cheer based on relationship.

Interactions:
- Play: Starts a solo bowling game. Increases body skill. Up to four sims can play at a time. During a game, Sims bowl 10 times. When sims are waiting to bowl, they use any nearby chairs and socialise before their turn.
