Revision as of 23:02, 23 November 2013

Opening the standard door to the north of your entrance reveals a large chamber with corridors leading off to the east and west. The security door in the north wall is locked and impossible to open at this time, but your immediate concern is to speak to Gadon Thek and acquire the Sith Papers required to gain access to the Undercity elevator and continue the search for Bastila. He is the human male standing behind the desk in the northwest corner to the right of the security door, guarded by Zaerdra, a Twil'lek female standing to the left of the desk.

Otherwise, five Hidden Beks wander the chamber: a Twi'lek female, an orange Twi'lek male, two green Twi'lek males and a Quara or "walrus man". In the west corridor, the door labelled Control Room in its south wall is locked and impossible to open, while the standard door at its west end opens to reveal a barracks with a plasteel cylinder with random contents against the south wall, three Hidden Beks (two Quara and a green Twi'lek male) standing around tables by the east wall and a security door at the north end which is locked and impossible to open at this time. In the empty east corridor, the standard door in its north wall opens to reveal a corridor with a security door at its north end which is also locked and impossible to open at this time.

The Hidden Beks will offer a number of comments when spoken to, but do not engage in dialog.

Gadon Thek

When you approach Gadon Thek as he stands behind his desk in the northwest corner, Zaerdra challenges you:

She repeats this last line if you try to speak to her at any time, but you can now speak to Gadon Thek:

The second option will result in you (eventually) trading Sith Armor for Sith Papers. This is necessary, and the papers will still allow you to use the Upper City elevator to travel between Upper and Lower Taris.

These official looking papers identify the bearer as being on special assignment by order of the Sith government of Taris. They also warn of gruesome penalties for anyone foolish enough to challenge the bearer.

Although you've lost Sith Armor, these Sith Papers will still allow you to use the Upper City elevator to travel between Upper and Lower Taris, as well as access the Undercity elevator to continue the search for Bastila.

Once you have Sith Papers, Mission and Zaalbar won't appear in Javyar's Cantina if you haven't already encountered them there; you'll have to go down to the Undercity to look for them.
