Path North

There are two paths north, one at the west end of the Sandral grounds and the other at the east end, which lead to the respective ends of the Grove. To the south of the west path north is the Sandral Estate.

Opposite the east path north are two horn kath hounds and a kath hound on the west side of some stones:

You can exit this area to the northwest to travel towards the Sandral estate, or investigate the cave entrance to the east.

Missing Companion

After speaking to Elise back in the courtyard of the Jedi enclave, you find her droid C8-42 being attacked by two kath hounds by a standing stone against the north wall between the path north and the cave entrance on the east side of the Sandral grounds. They can't kill it, but you can't speak to it until you've killed them:

Crystal Cave

You enter from and exit to the Sandral grounds at the southwest end of a passage leading east. As you head east you'll encounter two kinrath 'spiders', which only have four legs and an extendable proboscis used to attack and poison prey: any level > 8 Jedi in your party should use Improved Energy Resistance or Knight or Master Valor to give your party Immunity: Poison.

At the end of the passage to the east is a cave filled with crystal formations with a rock pillar at its center and a pool on its south side.

Crystal Formation

Two kinraths on the south side of the rock pillar in the middle of the cave are in the foreground, with a hive kinrath lurking behind them in the right corner to the east. There are kinrath eggs and crystal formations at the base of the pillar.

There are also four more kinraths here, two to either side of the pillar, to the north and south, and a hive kinrath on the east side:

The Sandral estate is to the south of the west Path North, or it can be approached from the east end by continuing west past the Mandalorian Raiders. A horn kath hound wanders the north of the plain beyond:

To the northwest is a bridge across the river marking the east boundary of the Sandral estate, with a waterfall down to the south.

The estate has doors in its north and east walls, both of which are locked and impossible to open at this time.

You can speak briefly to the Sandral droid standing to the left of the north door.
