==Lower City==
These apartments have a similar layout to the [[../South Apartments|south apartments]], with five apartments on the outer wall of an apartment complex ring and an elevator back to the [[../Lower City/]]. You need to return there to return to [[../South Apartments#Your Apartment|hideout]] or change [[../Gameplay#Party|party selection]].

As you enter for the first time, you see Calo Nord confronting two Rodians to your left:

The apartment complex ring is patrolled in a clockwise direction by a Vulkar enforcer and two Black Vulkars. They start on the opposite side to the elevator, and if you also travel in a clockwise direction you may never encounter them... or if you're slow, they may come up behind you:

The number in each group depends on your character level, and that of your party: when character level > 6, three Black Vulkars always spawn in each group. Both groups spawn when you travel clockwise, but when you travel counter-clockwise they won't spawn until you make your second circuit (or travel in the opposite direction).
