Cannoneer is the third Adventurer Pirate branch, and was released as the 1st of 3 new jobs in the
Legend update. In some other versions, this is also known as Cannon Shooter.
Do All the Beginner quests; after you get kick by a big monster to an island, You get saved by a Monkey who later becomes your partner, talk to the monkey and do all of his quests, then do all the quests from the other guy on the island too. Then, When go to Victoria Island by using the cannon on the island (all island quests must be finished to do so); do all of the job quests for the Pirate job advancement.

Kyrin (the Pirate Job Instructor) will officially make you a Cannoneer when you get to level 30.
