This page describes the MVP system, which is similar to the VIP systems found in various mobile games to further incentivise spending.

Ranks[edit]

An MVP rank is given based on your level of spending. Bronze ranks are given based on lifetime spending while Silver and above ranks are given based on spending in the current month + all spendings made starting from the 1st day of the month that is 2 months before the current month. Spending amount is added up across all worlds, and the MVP rank is shared across all worlds.

When your current month's spending is lower than the month that is 2 months before the current month, there is a risk of dropping rank if your current rank is Silver and above. The retention amount is shown to show the additional cash required to be spent to maintain the current rank.

The table below shows the required value of the "retention amount" that correspond to the next month's expected grade. If your retention amount is higher than the maximum allowed value for next month's Silver, then it will be Bronze IV.

As an MVP (to the company), you can enjoy various benefits starting from Bronze I.

The table below shows all the benefits. Higher ranks will receive all the benefits from the lower ranks as well, except for monthly gift packs for silver and above.

Rank Packs[edit]

The rank packs contain various items based on the rank. Bronze rank packs are claimable only once in a lifetime, while Silver, Gold and Diamond rank packs are claimable once per month per account, and Red rank packs are claimable once per month per character.

Bronze ranks (titles are tradeable in the account in the same world)
  • Bronze I: MVP Bronze I title
  • Bronze II: MVP Bronze II title
  • Bronze III: MVP Bronze III title
  • Bronze IV: MVP Bronze IV title
Silver and above ranks

Ranks Gold and above will receive everything from Silver up to the current rank for each rank pack. If the account increased in rank, the items will overlap (so you can receive multiple copies of the same set of items). All items are tradable in the account in the same world and expires at 6am of the 1st day of the next month.

  • MVP World Map Teleport cooldown reduction (15 minutes -> 5 minutes), does not apply to those received when the account is in Silver and Gold
Red
  • 15,000 Maple Points (17,000 Maple Points in MSEA), only awarded once per account per month
  • 20,000 Maple Points (22,000 Maple Points in MSEA) additionally if the previous month's rank is Red, only awarded once per account per month
Additional Notes
  • The chair and damage skin looks different at MVP Red.
  • Medal, Title, Quote and Label rings are specific to each rank, so they look different and also have different stats for medal and title for each rank.

Here are the comparisons for the title and medal stats (don't worry too much as they are not better than existing ones that are obtainable all the time, but it is still pay to win to a noticeable extent for lower levels as the existing ones take effort to earn them on each character)

Gift Packs[edit]

Gift packs can be received during each period once.

  • 1st Period: 1st day ~ 10th day of the month
  • 2nd Period: 11th day ~ 20th day of the month
  • 3rd Period: 21st day ~ last day of month

All items claimed are tradable in the same account in the same world (except MVP Additional 50% EXP buffs, which are fully tradable), and expires at 11.59pm of the day that is 10 days after the current day.

Each rank receives a different quantity of each item. Bronze I to Bronze IV receives the same quantity. If your MVP grade increases, the gift pack can be received again to receive the difference between the quantities for the new grade and the quantities that you have already claimed for that gift pack. However, it cannot backpay earlier gift packs if the rank increases only after the 1st period.

As for the MVP Power Elixir, Diamond and above will get an infinite version from the monthly pack, so they are actually not shortchanged. However, for MVP Diamond, this reduces the flexibility of obtaining power elixirs on multiple worlds (MVP Red is not affected since the monthly pack is given per character).

For the Mind and Body Training Center, Hyper Megaphones and Monster Park Tickets, they are awarded as exchange tickets. The resulting item is untradeable and expires exactly 10 days later (for Hyper Megaphone, it can be put into cash wardrobe). You must use the Monster Park Ticket to convert them into the Etc version to use it in place of 300 Maple Points.
