Name | Monster Info | Notes |
---|---|---|
Rexton |
A mysterious egg rider on the back of a dragon-like creature. Found in Leafre's Dragon Forest. It shoots a huge fireball projectile at you, luckily it's slow.
Iruvata |
Found in Neo City Year 2215.
Elite Stormbreaker |
A spearman found in the Crimsonwood Keep theme dungeon. The attacks that appear when it swings its spear and raises it are pretty dangerous, so definitely don't underestimate them! Based on Stormbreaker from GMS's Phantom Forest/Crimsonwood Keep area.
Chlorotrap |
This Black Slime Disguised itself as a palm tree to attack unsuspecting travelers. But his flaw is that he must come up for a breath once in a while. Found near Trend Zone Metropolis in Malaysia.
Coolie Zombie |
Undead
Previously considered the most popular training spot for classes level 60-80. Even though 80 maps are available (4 maps on 20 channels), the zones were almost always full on the popular servers. It is a long and dangerous walk to The Forest of Dead Trees (without Dead Mine scrolls). Their maps have been altered since their heyday, though, with platforms and stairs added. It has one ranged attack, when you're in the range near the Zombie, it will blow a poison breath which sometimes poisons you so bring antidotes or All Cures.
Miner Zombie |
Undead
Slightly faster in movement than Coolie Zombies. They appear in the Dead Mine area of El Nath. They drop gold teeth now and then, which are used for the final Zakum pre-quest. It also does the same attack as his counterpart.
Soaring Scarlion |
Found in Fantasy Theme World's Extreme Station 3. Based on Booper Scarlion from Malaysia.
Afterlord |
Found in Neo City Year 2216.
Emo Slime |
Another black blob monster from Malaysia's Trend Zone Metropolis. Its name makes little sense considering it does not poke fun at the standard conventions of "emo" nor does it look like the majority of slimes in the game.
Apsu 2 File:MS Monster Apsu.png |

Found in Neo City Year 2215.
Dunas |
Boss

Elite Firebrand 2 |
Auto-aggressive
A fireball found in the Crimsonwood Keep theme dungeon. It breathes fire for its main attack. Spawns when the above is killed. Based on Firebrand from GMS's Phantom Forest/Crimsonwood Keep area. Unlike the Firebrand there, this one cannot fly, instead hovering above the ground.

Yet another black blob monster from Malaysia's Trend Zone Metropolis. A smaller purple blob is riding this hippo like black blob around for some reason. Perhaps he's a fan of rodeos where cowboys try to stay on the bull. This monster has a Super Knock Back attack so watch out.
Papulatus |
Boss
This version of Papulatus must be killed for the Silent Crusade. It has the same abilities as the real Papulatus Clock.

Angry Targa |
Boss
A weaker version of Targa, found in Fantasy Theme World. Unlike the one in Malaysia, this one doesn't transform, however it does turn enraged at half HP.

Boss
A weaker version of Scarlion Boss, found in Fantasy Theme World. Unlike the one in Malaysia, this one doesn't transform, however it does turn enraged at half HP.
Bain |
A fiery version of Cerebus. Its attacks are much more straight-forward than that of a Cerebus: it fires a ball of lava at you, pixie style. The projectile moves very fast, however, making it difficult to dodge. Weak to ice, so it's one of the favorite monsters for ice/lightning mages to hunt. found in some areas of Showa Town and the Dead Mine Dungeon's final maps before Zakum's altar. In JMS, people form what are called FBPT (Fire Bulldog party) in which they party at these bains in the Showa Hideout.
Green Cornian |
A powerful monster found in Leafre's Dragon Forest. It slices a player with it's knife, dealing great damage. This move can randomly cause poison, like its dark counterpart. The attack is fast and powerful, so be careful, and its poison can deal 300 damage per second, putting low HP players at a high risk. They serve as HornTail's personal guards.
Maverick Type D |
Found in Neo City Year 2230.
Eye of Time |
A monster from Temple of Time. It can be found in all three areas: the plant, ice and flame zones. It's a monster made of sand that lives in the hourglass. When it attacks, it comes out of the hourglass and attacks you. It "smashes" you but it will hit you even if it doesn't touch you. It can also cast a spell to hit you. Although its attacks are long ranged, it's the weakest monster in Temple of Time.

Chaos Zakum Arm 1 |

Chaos Zakum Arm 2 |
Boss
This is also known as Drain Arm, drains both HP and MP.
Chaos Zakum Arm 3 |

This is the arm that casts Fire/Poison spells. Threat to weapon damage classes more than magicians.
Chaos Zakum Arm 4 |
Boss
This is the arm that casts Ice/Lightning spells. Threat to weapon damage classes more than magicians.
Chaos Zakum Arm 5 |
Boss
Recommended to take this arm out As soon as possible because this arm causes status inflictions. A lot of players died at Zakum because of this arm. Probably one of the more threatening arms to magicians, along with the physical attack arm. However, if you wish to take a break from Zakum, this would be the ideal arm to kill last because this arm does not reduce your hp nor heals like Zakum's Arm 6.
Chaos Zakum Arm 6 |
Boss
Strongly recommended to take this arm out first because this arm heals Zakum and its 8 hands about 300,000 hp per 30 seconds. So unless you want to fight longer take this arm out as soon as Zakum appears.
Chaos Zakum Arm 7 |
Boss
This is also known as the Physical Attack Arm. Probably one of the more threatening arms to magicians, along with the status inflict arm.
Chaos Zakum Arm 8 |

This is also known as the Physical Attack Arm. Probably one of the more threatening arms to magicians, along with the status inflict arm.
Chaos Zakum 1 File:MS Monster Zakum 1.png |

Automatically becomes a target once the arms are defeated. NOTE: Archers and Thieves will most likely instantly die upon touching the body, even with hyper body. Can be fought twice a day. (Only once in a few versions)
Chaos Zakum 2 |
Boss
Replaces the first form once its HP is eliminated.
Chaos Zakum 3 |
Boss
