Any character above level 20 will receive an invitation to go to Ereve to enroll into the Cygnus Knights. A new character will be made (with appearance options) on the spot. A bond of blessing of fairy will form between the original and newly created character.
 
After your regional version releases the Cygnus Knight tutorial, Cygnus Knights will become available to be created at the regular character create screen.
