The NPCs in the town give a fair number of quests, some of which bear hefty rewards. A number of the NPCs are wearing similar suits, and are referred to as the "Meso Rangers", a reference to Power Rangers. One of the quests is modeled after Rowen the Fairy of [[MapleStory/Towns/Ellinia|Ellinia]]'s "Cursed Doll quest", while others are modeled after the traditional item-gathering quest style. Many involve traversing Eos tower back and forth to Ludibrium, or killing off monsters inside the tower like Rombot and Drum Bunnies, so keep some Eos Scrolls handy if you plan on spending much time here. Also, before heading out for Omega, make sure to speak to Chief Stan in [[MapleStory/Towns/Henesys|Henesys]], as he has a letter to be taken down there, which is a prerequisite for many of the other quests.

Omega Sector

Omega Sector is a fairly small town on a small island even smaller than Victoria's (only about 18 maps) with a military theme that can be accessed via the first floor of Eos Tower in Ludibrium. It is one of two towns located beneath Ludibrium's floating island, along with Korean Folk Town. Soldiers roam the city, and an NPC that suspiciously resembles a member of the Men In Black stands at the far end. It is mainly a grassland-type area, bearing home to two main species of aliens: an octopus-like species, related to the Octopi found in Kerning City, and a more "traditional" style (what most people consider to be "aliens") species known as the Grays. In most versions, it has Free Market access.

The NPCs in the town give a fair number of quests, some of which bear hefty rewards. A number of the NPCs are wearing similar suits, and are referred to as the "Meso Rangers", a reference to Power Rangers. One of the quests is modeled after Rowen the Fairy of Ellinia's "Cursed Doll quest", while others are modeled after the traditional item-gathering quest style. Many involve traversing Eos tower back and forth to Ludibrium, or killing off monsters inside the tower like Rombot and Drum Bunnies, so keep some Eos Scrolls handy if you plan on spending much time here. Also, before heading out for Omega, make sure to speak to Chief Stan in Henesys, as he has a letter to be taken down there, which is a prerequisite for many of the other quests. There is a "Silo" area in the center of the town, which acts as the main supply-area for Omega Sector. Inside the Silo are the potion, weapon & armor, and storage NPCs. The Silo has three entry points at various floors as it is quite large. Omega is famed as having the lowest potion prices of all towns in the whole game.

The monsters are split into two fields according to species. The upper route leads to Boswell field, which has a number of hidden streets and is home to the Mateon, Plateon, and Mecateon purple aliens, featuring the powerful MT-09 at the end. The lower route leads through Kulan field, with one hidden street where three Chief Grays spawn. The background changes between a huge UFO crashed in the ground and Giant robots fighting, both in front of a mountainous, forest background.

Omega Sector is currently available in every version except EuropeMS.
