Ellinia is the place to become a magician, and to do so you need to be level 8. This town has a forest-like theme to it. It is located on the eastern side of Victoria Island, between Perion and Henesys. Blue potions and mana elixirs are sold a bit cheaper here. Around this town are a number of tree dungeons that can provide excellent training for some people. Monsters here range from snails and stumps to Zombie Lupins, an undead counterpart to the banana throwing Lupins, and Malady, an annoying flying witch enemy. Located on Victoria in the nearby mountains is Happyville, the Christmas Event town, and Shalom Temple, the Hanukkah event town. Also, in one of the giant trees is a portal that, when carrying a special seed, can be used to warp directly to Leafre. The boss of Ellinia, available in some versions, is Faust, the king of the Zombie Lupins. The Zombie Lupins were created through an accident involving Grendel the Really Old and Dark Magic, but it is currently unknown how Faust relates to this. Ellinia is the only original job advancement town not to have a direct route to the dungeon. However, you may want to let the wind bear you to Sleepywood from the highest tree in Ellinia. The boat to make the ride to Ossyria, particularly Orbis in the El Nath Mountains, takes off from Ellinia Station every 15 minutes. Occasionally, the Crimson Balrogs may raid the ship, providing a formidable boss that terrorizes the skies near Ellinia. This station has been moved to the Six Path Crossway in the Big Bang patch.
