==AP and Equipment==
== The Art of Permanent Beginners ==
;DEXless Beginner
This is the build for the player who only puts in STR, however it also provides the strongest damage for beginners.
*STR: Continuously add.
*DEX: Add nothing.
*INT: Add nothing.
*LUK: Add nothing.
Try getting strength sauna robe and some acc wg.

;Warrior-style Beginner
Super noobs, or permanent beginners, are someone who stays a beginner for a variety of reasons.  Several of the most commmonly given reasons include:
This build is exactly the same as a Warrior's build.
* The challenge involved.
*STR: All other Ability Points that do not go into DEX.
* Not losing EXP when dying.
*DEX: Add nothing.
* Cabs remain inexpensive (90% discount) and dying is the same as a free ride to the nearest town, making scrolls expensive and unnecessary.
*INT: Add nothing.
* Easier to save large amounts of money because there are very few weapons or armors to buy, less need for HP potions since dying does not lose EXP, no need to by MP potions since there are no MP attacks for beginners and travel is much cheaper.
*LUK: Add nothing.
* You'll just be cool. End of story.

;Monster Masterer Beginner
So, do you think YOU want to be a Super noob?  Well, while the pros might seem promising, there are more cons outweighing them.  Here's a couple:
This build is for the players who is specialised in killing one monster
* You can't make parties.
*STR: Add until you can 1HKO it.
* You can't equip many weapons.
*DEX: Add nothing.
* You can't equip many armors.
*INT: Add nothing.
* You won't have any skills.
*LUK: Add last until it can't hit you.
* You'll be doing a little less damage as warriors (or thieves) until about level 40, yet with none of the skill perks.
* You'll be KS'ed....  A lot.  Get used to it.  Even the warriors can KS you now.

===Equipment===
Well, that covers the pros and cons, maybe we should move on to something else.
Because Beginner can only use non-job-specific equipment (i.e. "common" item), it is best to review the various equipments that are compatible with your character before purchasing and scrolling such equipments.  If your main character is a permanent beginner, you will probably not have access to the higher level equipments.

==SP==
'''Stat Builds for Permanent Beginners'''
===Beginner===
;Permanent Beginner
With 3 available skills that all max at 3 SP, and 6 available SP, it is a choice of which 2 skills to max.  Three Snails does consistent damage, but will be quickly out-damaged by the regular attack, and is useless after the first job change when all classes receive much more powerful attacks.  Recovery will add a set amount of recovery, but with a long cooldown and the high drop rate of red and orange potions, it is much simpler to use potions.  Finally, Nimble Feet gives a short speed boost with a reasonably long cooldown.  This is the only skill which can be used after first job by any class that hasn't maxed its speed.  Recovery is generally the least useful of these three.

* 3 Three Snails (MAX)
Okay, I'll just go over the basic three, all of which are close (if not the same) to warrior builds.
* 3 Nimble Feet (MAX)

;The High STR beginner: Your whole point here?  It should be pretty understandable.  Since you can't equip better weapons every 5 levels or so, you'll need more Str to equal out to the damage that a Warrior's doing. So, I'd say around:
*Str: Everything else
*Dex: Equal to your level
*Int: Low as possible
*Luk: Also low as possible
Not much to that one.

;The High DEX beginner:
Needless to say, you're working on the opposite of the Str beginner.  You don't want to be hit, and you want to be able to hit everything.  Some people even incorporate Luk into this build to add to their "avoidance".
Onto the stats:
*Str: It's up to you, keep it around your level.
*Dex: Everythign else
*Int: Low as possible
*Luk: Low as possible (Can incorporate for more avoidance)
Eh, don't expect to level easily.

;The "Warrior-build" beginner: This one is just too easy.  Remember the warrior's build?  Their "regular" build?  It's very similar:
*Str: Everything else
*Dex: Double your Level
*Int: Low as possible
*Luk: Low as possible
It might be a good idea for you to take a few levels off your Dex and put it into your Str though, simply so your damage doesn't get behind.

It is also a good idea to have your level +10 for Dex, meaning that you'll be able to have more strength and quite good accuracy aswell.
