Medina will alert you if Hilla is doing certain attacks.
Normally there will be words at the top to help you.
*When Hilla is preparing the attack that causes Medina to create the shield, you may have to search for Medina, since there is no guarantee the shield is created close to you. Hilla's follow-up attack will hit for 50% (100% in Hard mode)

4a. Spawn in and wait for your abnormal-status protection skills to come back up, using them before returning to the arena.
 
4b. Continue the fight.
